I currently have both the Rebel v4 and the SC Elite. I found that the Rebel fit true to size but the SC Elite I had to go up a half size.

Can you please do a review of the Antepes Muscle Runners? I've been using them to cure heal striking and for injury prevention. They're working!

I had the chance to take a look in some of my local shop and it feels amazing on hand. Did not try on foot but it´s tempting, even more knowing all the technology that packs and how versatile it can be. Thanks for sharing.

You should definitely try it on! It's one of our favorites this year. - Brandon

This review said a whole bunch of nothing. More of an ad than a review.

I wonder how Kinvara compares to Altra too. I got Rivera 2 (like) and Torin 7 (don’t like). Maybe I should try these. I’ve got 1 pair of saucony’s and it’s not real love. But that’s Triumph 20, I thought that would be nice for long runs. But they are way too squishy. I do like the upper though.

You just said everyone pronates and that you over-pronate and then yoiu said some people supinate. That doesn't make sense.

Rest of the video is great.

Aaah ok - I should clarify supinating is also knows as “underpronating” so everyone mostly either under or over pronates… Hope that makes more sense!

Pacer also looks just like the others. New Balance has done a great job with fuel cell. Rebel V4 has been a joy.

I have the Guide 17's and love em. How would you recommend the shoe rotation? Hurricane 24 (Long Run, Recovery), Guide 17 (Daily), Tempus (Race, Tempo)?

Sounds right to me!

The lightest 4 drop shoe in size 15 that don't look like clown shoes. I cannot wear anything other than kinvara. 10 years fan. I wish they make 0 drop version

The virrata was a zero drop kinvara but it didn't sell and never got a V2

Ita a good thing they're meant for running and not a fashion show right? 😂😮😮

Did they bring back the wide width on this version?

Would be the shoe for someone who loves the Novablast and wants to run in the Superblast bad, but can't due to they don't offer are a size 14? I am torn between this and the SC Trainer V3 urg.

PLEASE review Altra Torin 7!

I found this to be a great video on the Altra Torin 7 from someone who has been wearing Altra's for over 10 years. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/h7t2n693xsvFfok.htmlsi=AtJUy33cNB69HLEJ

I fondly remember my first Kinvara in 2010.

Yes, back when the Kiara had a nice and much more stable wide platform. The new ones IMO are way narrow and curved under foot for me.

Yay Brandon! Good to see you here! Wondered what happened to you at the Believe shop as we’d not seen you out there. Best of luck!!!

I'm a beginner runner and employ this method to be able to run further distance in a relative ease. I use 3 minutes run and 2 minutes walk, and can still get 10 minutes pace on 10k, or 8.50 minutes pace on 5k. But I want to change it a little maybe only 1 minute walk, because I do feel improvements as my average heart rate is getting lower, from 170-ish to 160-ish on 10k interval. It is indeed a great method to enjoy running, it gives structure and consistency to the workout records compared to my previous seemingly random paced runs. 😁
