Great Vid ! I have to disagree one one thing, after owning 6 different Jeeps they are definitely not as comfortable to drive and way less reliable than the Xterras. With the right mods Xterras can do most anything a Jeep can do. Only thing going for the jeeps is the articulation suspension travel they have from stock. All Jeeps suffer from the crappy Chrysler electronics.

Hey, im in east Washington, I've spend alot of time over in the Wenatchee area. I love my Xterra, never any issues with it unlike the 6 Jeeps that I owned before, always problems (crappy Chrysler electronics).

Loved your video, and Goose! Ive got a basically stock 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk (only mod is 32" wildpeaks) and moderate wheeling skills/experience. You think it would make it down the WABDR without issue? I'm mostly not sure about clearance issues, and we travel solo.

If you camp on the Alvord Desert, try to plan on a night with a new moon. I have had the best view of the Milky Way from the Alvord Desert. Much of Central and Eastern Orgon have great dark sky areas. So many find section 1 in the high desert boring. I live and explore the high desert and find slowing down and getting out of the rig to explore the canyons, creeks, and hill side to have much to see. Smell the sagebrush, pine trees, watch for wild horses, pronghorn, deer, Elk. One thing I ask of all that drive the Oregon BDR is to respect those of us that have homes along the route. We live in the section from Bend to Sisters. The gravel road past my home is good and people bomb through at 30 to 50 mph. They do not think about the dust they generate that speeds to our homes. Also watch for people and pets walking on the road. So many close calls over the years. With the BDR traffic has increased and made our lives less enjoyable.

And how do we know that you did more than one portion? Since all of your irritatingly short cuts, drag out filler shots and long winded stories, everything (aside from the alvord desert) is a bunch of the same. You’re boring. I learned absolutely nothing from your video. This is my first and last video of yours that I will ever watch. I’m an Oregon native so I call complete bs on your “750” mile drive in a couple days is absolutely ridiculous 🤣🤣🤦🏻‍♂️ and so little filming was done outside of drone footage. I assume you traveled a great distance on public roads to achieve this demigod feat 🤷🏻😮‍💨so much has been taken out that you really can’t tell much outside of the fact that EVERY section looks the same from your drone footage. Not only that but you lost total sound at a couple different places. Followed up with nothing but the same. On another note, you entered your next couple sections with massive cut aways/footage so that you have no idea what is going on. As a matter of fact, every section started somewhere in the middle, all the while skipping entire parts of each section which is just another nail in the coffin for how believable your fantasy is. And the vast majority of your camp spots are established dispersed camping. Still all the while showing more footage of 1 particular portion of the route with a shocking transfer to lush forests with absolutely no footage of how you got there. All of these things lead me to believe that you spent most of the trip on road as opposed to actually driving the route 😅😅

You think you have enough filler shots? Any shots of the ACTUAL route?
