It would be nice to know when to switch. Anyways, I tried many workouts before my pregnancy because I was an active athlete, but now my body is in pain becauce of my hips and back. So I was looking for something easier and this one was the best what could found.

Thank you for these videos yes surgeries cause that as well and years ago, they didn’t tell me that I couldn’t exercise afterwards and I’ve exercise and exercise and I’m in my early seven days and so I don’t know if I can ever get rid of it now but I don’t like it and I don’t like the pooch all the time and the bloating that goes with itmaybe some more exercises on the obliques

Day 1 : Had to take some gaps cause god my legs are weak. But overall I feel confident that if I keep this up I will see good results. Will be back tomorrow.

Could you please change the background music. It is annoying rather than enervating. Those exercises are too difficult for me in my demographic. Reguires better balance than I have.
