Was looking for short nidras to share with my best friend to introduce her to yoga nidra. And of course I had to try it out first. - I don't think I've done this one before. I love the Music! It absolutely set the right tone for me to travel to a summer meadow with wildflowers and bumble bees and honey bees. It felt really vivid. I could feel the joy and energy it would give to actually be laying there in the sun. Thank you! Very uplifting experience 🌞🏵️🌼🐝💚

Wow some of the Nidras take me soooooo high above everything. Above pain ...I can feel the pain neurpathways unplug and literally I go beyond pain and oftentimes it stays away ! Also Samadhi -- yoga Nidra is a gateway to Samadhi. Effortlessly. My nervous system needs that! Vata Dosha here. It calms the Vata.

I searched for this... im trying to find peace. I'm grieving extreme unbearable losses. I couldn't handle the stress... I have severe anxiety and depression. Life feels meaningless... im so afraid right now. 😢

@@AylaNovaNidra awww, thank you so much for your uplifting message, and for caring about me. Last year I lost my Mom, Grandma, Uncle and cousin. Also a good friend. The Stress was horrible,.. I made a HUGE mistake and lost my dream career job of 20yrs.! I just couldn't believe it... The trauma of losing everything just devastated me. I stressed way too much, caused anxiety and insomnia. My brain was fried, and my heart was broken. I feel into depression. Depression is so horrifying and mentally debilitating. I will continue to listen to Yoga Nidra... I need it.🫶T.Y.💓💐❤️

Dear @klanderkal I'm so sorry for all you've been going through. I know that bottomless pit feeling of loss, and feeling lost in anxiety and depression. It does get lighter over time, new lights may enter your life again. It's okay to feel what you feel. If you can, connect with people around you and share. I wish I had reached out more, I only later found there are kind and understanding people, and that sharing one's feelings can lighten them just a shade at a time. Wishing you deep peace on your journey 🙏

Thanks, you are awesome and so is yoga nidra :) I’ve been doing 2-3 hours of yoga nidra a day as well as floating and it’s amazing the slow, deep shift that is happening in my experience of life ❤ I wish all people get to experience this in their lifetime. The nervous system and the psyche are self healing, they simply never have been given the resources required for deep healing. That resource is deep rest, the kind found in yoga nidra and flotation therapy. Thanks for sharing your experience and the healing power of yoga nidra with the world.
