How does the Nektar control parameter knobs on the mixer, such as compression ratio, threshold and release in the compression section of each track, and LPF and HPF in the EQ section, and the FX send return amounts? Or can't the Nektar do any of this?

I use the Scream Saturation on my kicks almost with without fail, after EQ and compression. It gives them a presence.

I upgraded from 4 to 10... My old sessions opens but will not locate the refills I used to create songs. When I go to search folders it takes forever. Where should I store my refills? Or are the older versions not compatible?

Definitely very useful especially as I'm trying to maximize my Maschine to Reason workflow. The only downside I noticed is that you'd have to be stuck with whatever mix you had for that group since you've exported them as groups and not individual sounds. How do you handle your mixes when doing this? For instance with drums if there's something I'd like to change as far as the levels I'd have to open Maschine back up as a plugin and export the individual audio manually, not really a deal breaker though as it feels kind of minor since it wouldn't take much effort.

I had everything working on my Nektar impact lx49+. And for some reason I installed ablation the transport on my Nektar stop working. Can you give me a few steps to trouble shoot and fix this? My main DAW is Reaper. I need to the transport working. Any help will be appreciated.

Have You tried this?.. highlight the midi note clip, open the tool menu, scroll to the bottom & select "Explode" option under the "Extract Notes to Lane" tab

I find if I layer the nnxt samples in a combinator .. atleast 4 samples and pan them left and right … and insert some pulverizer.. the c670 comp u use here .. and some reverb... and a bit of scream or the softube saturation … I feel the horns come to life like theyre real... give t a go and let me know …

Does a Mutliband compressor do the same thing if u only compress the high band?

any chance you could show your technique of how you chopped the lead voc into the vowel sounds??? copy and paste voc then chop bit out, what about clicking at start and end did you just move the fade in and fade out a little??
