When we come to Christ for our justification our affections change. Not to say everything falls off immediately but over time these things do go away. There are some things that go immediately and that is between God and the person. I would think any immoral sexual sin probably would.

As a young adult, I covered my body in ink and as I grew up as an adult, I had signs I couldn’t ignore, pressing me to change my ways. I chose to grow my beard to "offset" the damages I had done to my body from all those ill behaviors that made who I was back then. I view it as tribute to the Lord and his prophets and a way to talk about them to people when they ask me "why do you wear the long beard" or "do you plan on shaving one day?" When my kids were younger, they would fall asleep while petting my beard, it soothed them quicker than anything else. Thanks for this video. This reminds me of a conversation I had with my husband about voting. I asked if he was finally going to register to vote?
