Precieze afmetingen weet ik niet. Het is vanuit de cilinder overgetrokken en op grootte gemaakt zodat de inlaat 360 graden open is.

What lube did you used for the bearings?

Atf transmission oil for the transmission bearings. 2 stroke oil for the crank bearings and all the other ones just regular bearing grease.

Teško da na zemaljskoj kugli postoji lošiji moto proizvod od Tomosa. Katastrofalan kvalitet materijala ugrađenih u jadnu konstrukciju. Vijci ko da su od maslaca, idiotske dimenzije vijaka npr 7mm, prirubnica auspuha i karburatora se iskrivi jer utonu u debljinu brtve, ležajevi getribe izdrže 2 godine, radilica izdrži 6 mjeseci ili ne više od 5000 km žešće vožnje, klip ko da je od sirovog aluminija, cilindar običan gus bez ikakve termičke obrade, sve je totalni šlamperaj za sirotinjske mase idiotske komunističke Yugoslavije. Među danas kineskim smećem teško da možete naći gori proizvod. Sajle karburatora, kočnica i kvačila teško mogu izdržati godinu dana. Jedino mogu pohvaliti zadnje Saturnusovo svjetlo koje je i nakon više godina zadržalo zdravu crvenu boju i prozirnost, kakve nemate šanse vidjeti na današnjim kineskim motorima. Sve ostalo, šrot. O voznim osobinama, tek to je posebna katastrofa. Je, voljeli smo Tomose prije 40 godina, ali jer nas je komunizam zaglupio i nismo znali za bolje.

You can install different exhausts which are made for 70cc kits

L17 bearing are actually better than 6203. But! Installing L17 is very challenging and you need to know how to make appropriate clearance better crank and bearing. This is why your L17 has been destroyed so quickly. I have Tomos 15 slc and it has 23k on the clock, still original L17 bearings. And SLC has 6hp stock.

It is challenging indeed. I tried multiple times, but I guess I was off. One more drawback is that they cost three times as much as the 6203.

@@Tomology Yes that is true, but NTN does make drop in one piece replacements for L17. NTN TM-SC03A53C3 is catalog number. Still pretty expensive :D

I suggest that when you install the crankcase seals you should put a small amount of grease between the inner part and crankshaft.

Thank you for providing the Setup info details with fuel consumption. I am interested how you got the transmission to work / shift so smoothly. I noticed the absence of backlash and noise from transmission when backing of the throttle.

You're welcome. It's a completely stock clutch setup. Only change is that I have shortened the springs.

I haven't installed my kit on my Tomos yet, but I noticed that it's necessary to expand the intake on the A5 block. I'm wondering why this is necessary and why the kit isn't directly compatible with that block. I thought everything would be simpler and more straightforward, so I'm curious about the reason for this additional adaptation. If you have the time or information about it, please share it with me.

At the time it was twice as expensive and I didn't have much experience with tuning kits. So if I blew it up (which I did), it wouldn't hurt as much :)
