I am a successful competitive runner but have always struggled with swimming. This advice is a game changer for me, because I hadn't really noticed that my running experience is giving me a bad tendency to bend my knees while swimming. Thanks for sharing Mandy!

Hi . Nice vdo . But I m zero in pulling . Age 67 . My hands are neither going fully forward and backwards only till my belly pl break the pull in 1.. how to pull it till my hips. .. 2 . How to take my arm out of water ( after reaching my hips ) 3 how to enter my arm ( I know it little) 4 please guide me how to fold my elbow and what shoulder movement is necessary for it to bring it up . I am in total mess in freestyle pull . I left leaning and learnt breast stroke with your vdos. Thanks for the vdos in it
