Ive been feeling this out the last few weeks, throwing my shoulder back more helps turning over my rear foot and hips which i had problems with, just trying to keep it one solid movement to not sell it

of course, it's going to be extremely hard and not exactly the best for doing any kind of bag work but great for bone density. I like to do the mixture as it allows me to get the best of both.
