Yeah it was definitely off putting. I wasn’t sure at the time how much it was moving or if it just felt worse than it looked.

Nice job. I was sick too. Could barely breathe week long cough and congestion. 102 rx. 135 crushed me. Wasn’t prepared for the jump and had nothing left.

I haven’t stopped exercising however I haven’t been able to squat or deadlift. Injury wise I have been okay for about two months but because of my restricted training I’m weak and fitness is down.

@@WoDaLoT just out of shape this year. 9th year and had some nagging shoulder injuries last couple months. Just got to point couldn’t catch my breath and got dizzy. Heart not in it this year. 150 rx 🤷🏼‍♂️ can hardly lift my right arm today

Nice job dude, I reckon you moved smoothly. What movement did you find the hardest? Burpees just gas me but I do like T2B and snatches. I'm hoping for sub 10. Also I saw you didn't use any grips? It's been so hot and sweaty here.

Thank you. I didn’t find any of the movements in this workout, particularly difficult mainly due to my strategy. I haven’t worn grips in over 10 years, just chalk occasionally.

@guyrudder fantastic effort. You are correct. The first part is significantly worse than the second is about managing fatigue in the first part to stay strong in the second once again, great job.
