Instead of water, pipe some underground PVC from the bucket to your chicken coop/ feed bin. Chickens love mice.

Everyone is talking about borax but no one shows how to use it i.e. what's the dossage in food or water per day???

It’s probably because in the U.S. unless you’re a medical doctor you can’t say dosages or you can be fined for prescribing without a license. Not to mention that Boric Acid is so controversial nowadays because of a bogus study that was not corroborated and could not be scientifically duplicated but was accepted by the dominating and controlling parties of Europe. What you can do however is tell people what you do personally do, I personally take 500mg once a day. I’m almost 70 and have zero heart disease and my bones are perfect and my mind is a steel trap. No osteopenia or osteoporosis. My M.D. says he only hopes he’s half as healthy as me when he gets to my age. Good luck and thanks for the question.

I’m trying this and I only had one bald faced hornet taking some. It stayed for a long time drinking. I’m watching them daily to see what is drinking it. The first batch sat so long it started to grow mold inside (about a week) so I mixed up a new batch. Lots of ants were floating dead in it as well. I hope this works because the hornets nest is above my garage door at the peak of the roof. It’s July 4th 2024 as I’m writing this.

Funny because we put it out every year and watch. We try a few different flavors and try to see which one they’re taking. I said to my assistant; I haven’t seen what’s eating it but I just realized that I’m not seeing yellow jackets anymore. Don’t give up. There are thousands of success stories here with varying ideas of bait. Good Luck and thanks for the comment.

Great idea to let soak in a Barrell. If you char them the full length with a propane weed torch the whole pole should last longer.

I felt good when you said take an old pop can. Yes sir your right, it's a pop can. I moved 45 mins south 8 years ago and I stand alone in my area as the only man who drinks pop. We don't have "soda" in my home. We're a pop drinking house.

Can you tell if this solution will work for yellow jackets ? I have a hive in my shed a large one . I've sprayed them wasp and hornets spray but they came back, I sure hope that this mix would kill them off ?

I have one YJ ground nest but if under different circumstances I’d be using this method. I’m a live and let live kind of person. If I had kids then I’d be using this in a heartbeat. But so far they’ve left me and my pup alone. What I did do for wasps/hornets is I read to hang paper bags to make it look like a hornets nest near the house and haven’t seen any hornets like last year. I stuff the paper Panera bag with plastic bags and been there for 3 mo. I just don’t want them moving in.

Demand CS will stop them from making nest in your wood. It won’t kill them but they will go away. They still pollinate plants. They just don’t make holes in the wood.

Borax in the water bath soaking up in a cup of Borax or less is great for healing Shingles & HPV warts infections.

What should we be using rather than bleach for cleaning? Also, I have taken to spraying the hummer feeders with a little bleach and using the soap on the brush / as per your instruction! Just wondering about the no more bleach in the septic tank… 😊 Thanks so much!!😊

I had critters chew wires for Christmas light, tops of trash cans, build nests in cars they are a pain I use peppermint oil on cars seems to help but you have to keep applying it under hood and such.
