As a CNC tech, I can't wait for these machines to be more prevalent nearby... If it wasn't a conflict of interest with my current occupation, my Heller hat would see a lot more! Thank you! Since this is more of a one-time "show machining" (with no focus on time optimizations), it's not really possible to give a reasonable specification for the machining time. Let's put it this way: It was pretty work-intensive, but it was worth it. 😅💪

This would never be machined from aluminum. Delrin would be the best choice... lightweight, strong.
