Incorporated this into my core routine a month ago. My goal is to eventually work my way up to the hefesto 😁

Are these actually any good though? Is there a point choosing them over regular chinups or bicep curls?
@peanutbutterspoon499010 ай бұрын
I'm gonna say there probably isn't any point in doing these over regular chin ups and curls. It's just another gimmicky fitness thing.

I’ve just started doing these, I use one of my long paralettes for it. I’ve had people tell me there is no benefit of this and there is no different between diamond pushups except you can hurt yourself more but I for sure really feel this in my triceps and a little in my wrists for stability. I can do way more diamond pushups for sure. Would you say this is more beneficial ? Great form and video! Nice strength bro
