I like that term “exercise snack“ I pay attention to the length of time that people watch my videos and it seems they watched them for the same amount of time whether they are five minutes or 20 minutes or even an hour. I love your feedback thank you

How long does one need to work out a day to lose weight?

If you are calculating simple physics, it's energy in and energy out, right? In other words, you have to burn everything you eat plus some of your stored fat. However, it is more complicated than that. Every time you work out, you raise your metabolism and it stays raised for a couple of hours, so more workouts are better for weight loss even if they are short.
