Why haven’t current NFL teams used the fridges methods to get a TD?

He not only made his primary block, but he often picked up another one or two more. Set to music, it was a work of art.

Jack Lambert was a beast!! #58 was the image of the Steel Curtain defense. All of those guys were excellent tacklers. Jack's technique was flawless!

The Cowboys didn't draft Mike Singletary (LB) because their computer said he was too small for the position. Also, they passed on Randy Moss (WR) due to his problems in college and didn't think he would fit in with the team they had at the time, so they drafted Greg Ellis (DE). Idiotic for sure, they should have drafted the best on the board at any position no matter what the computer wanted them to do.

This was back when people HIT in the NFL. It was brutal.... And we loved it!!!! Lambert was not the biggest, but he may have been the meanest. They called Joe Green mean. It was a kitten compared to Jack Lambert!

Jack Lambert is still the best defensive player that I have ever seen and I used to be a cowboy fan until Jerry Jones pissed off Jimmy Johnson. Dallas will never win another superbowl because of Jerry.

I maintain he was the greatest defender I ever saw. Because you couldn't get away from him. He was shooting through the hole in the line, he was in the backfield, he was covering the deep route, he was in the middle, he was on the edge, he was everywhere. He instantly diagnosed every play, was where he needed to be, and never missed a tackle. He would get the QB, the RB, the receiver, didn't matter who. Some great defenders you could game plan away from, but not Lambert.
