Have 4 SMPs (titanium black, titanium blue, steel black, steel blue). All of them "sword hands" from the 2000s, looking more mighty than 2024 ones. Average price paid 2K, all preowned. Would I buy a 2024 one ? No, I don't like the design much.

I have two hulks, one with oyster and one with jubilee. I wear one on each wrist. The oyster tells my local time and the jubilee is set to tell me what time it is at my island resort.

I wish the watch was larger/thicker. I always felt these pro watches looked smaller in person. I've got a black sea dweller which I like a lot. I've got a batman which I wear daily. But I kean toward the size of the dive watch.

I just bought the rose gold GMT Master 2. I’m a 32 year old fund manager. Honesty, I don’t really care about public perception, it’s a watch that I bought simply because it’s a stunning piece of art. I’ve never seen anyone wearing this watch unlike every other color pattern gmt master. This watch is magisterial, resembles class and requires confidence with an expectation of sophistication and mannerisms when you speak. This watch resembles my personality very much. In all honesty, I almost never show it off when I wear this watch, I like wearing black hoodies and dressing casually while my sleeves are covering it, perhaps other people get a glimpse of it’s beauty here and there. it’s also a great watch to compliment with business attire. Personally speaking, I bought this watch to remind my self of how far I’ve come and to keep striving for greatness. You almost feel a sense of responsibility to maintain high standards when you’re wearing this timeless piece. If I do decide to show it off wearing a short sleeve, I’m on my A game socially. Size is OK but weight on the bracelet is too heavy . It should be no heavier than 135 grams on the bracelet . The helium valve would be better left round . Other that that I’m OK with everything else .

I first owned a maxi case Sub-Date and followed the hype getting the new 41mm LN and LV. Traded both back to 116610LN and LV because - in my opinion - the 40mm maxi case is my absolute favourite shape with better proportions. Also the new movements/rotor are fairly loud.
