There are quite a few people who understand him, but don't idolize him. I wouldn't do what he did. I already know about mosquitoes, biting flies, noseeums, blisters on your feet, chafing around your groin, no toilet paper.

When Chris set out randomly and was dropped off...where exactly did he plan on sleeping and living? Had he not stumbled upon the bus, was he planning on sleeping outside in the snow in his *tent* in freezing weather with nothing but a sleeping bag? He would have died a lot sooner.

To anyone that doesn't know: the bus was moved years and years ago. It is not there anymore, and hasn't been for over 3 years now. I watched them rig it up to a helicopter and fly it away.

If he “found the bag on the bus after the body was already gone” a few months later why didn’t he return the bag to the authorities immediately. That “he thought little of it at the time” YET THOUGHT SO MUCH about Chris being the one who broke into his cabin DOESN’T ADD UP.

Actually, you don’t know that Chris’s bag was at the bus when authorities found him. So for all you know his bag was taken before anyone got there.

Nah it wouldn’t have been him because he would have gone to the cabins around for help if he knew they were there. The guy who took Chris’s backpack is likely the one breaking into cabins
