Hi Julien! As usual, yet another rose in our quietest own private garden, thanks to you! This time, a straight borrow of Strelezky from a Chopin Etude!!!!!! Interesting! I forage each of your regular novelties like the enchanted discovery of my favorite weekly magazine's main editor's article! 😃Thanks again for your ongoing commitment😃! Have a great day! JS

Did you even listen to the whole piece first?
@lluisrafalessole-classical50685 сағат бұрын
@@Swamp72 I've listened to it twice in a row. What is true is that if it is a good piece, after the first four bars I can write and say if I like it. This is a very good classical music channel from which I take songs to play on the piano and post them on my music channel

im also like that, when the start is already good, a lot must go wrong to change my opinion, if the start is eh, I will listen longer and see what to make of it

I love this! It’s a perfect warm up exercise - not too difficult and very pretty. I am so grateful for all the pieces you have uncovered for intermediate pianists like me. I look forward to your future discoveries too!

Beautiful vignettes, sweet, and memorable❣️ As a ballet pianist for many years…these melodies are often very familiar, even in the repertoire❣️ i searched lots of “ out of print” music thats where i would find much of the beautiful music I used. One composer, whose one page miniatures, and i loved them all……was ALEXANDER MALOOF. I HAVE A COLLECTION OF HIS. AND EACH IS A MASTERPIECE. I have retired from playing professionally…and if you wanted to see his music, i would send them to you. Just message me.

Lovely, as always, Julian. I just adore how you take your time with each piece you perform, handling the phrases so gently and with such sensitivity. Your forever fan from Washington State, U.S.

TY very much for bringing to us many forgotten compositions/gems. I would like to suggest a very beautiful (not forgotten lol) piece by a french composer (by now it is still a bit challeging to me): sylvainguinet.fr/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/Pure-Love.pdf

It's very like Gottschalk; except Gottschalk would have used three times as many notes, to no additional merit.
@ClassicMusicVidsUSA2 күн бұрын
Tausig would have used five times as many notes and also randomly changed the dynamic notations between ppp and fff.
