Hey Ross thanks for sharing your process. I had a question when it comes to solving the client’s problem, how do you pitch your service? Do you mainly focus on delivering high quality videos or do you touch on increasing their sales and/or audience exposure. I’m beginning to start a video production company but I’m struggling to nail a compelling offer that the client really wants and that I can deliver on

hi, I am from India, I am starting a video production company, I like your videos and they have been helpful for setting up the business, but I am a bit apprehensive on whether the sales and marketing strategies you are using will be applicable to Indian Businesses. Also, I would love to hear from any of your Indian video production company who is taking your training

I left my government job after completing college at ISU. I worked there all throughout college and they gave me a full time position that would climb to 80k in like 5+ years (45k first couple years). I hated being in a cubicle. I left Oct 2023, 10 months after receiving my position and graduating. This first year on my own I am set to hit 80k+ and I'm looking for an editor haha. Too many jobs not enough editing time for me. I watched some of your videos before making the jump and I really appreciate that you keep coming out with new content to help others.

Hi Ross, your Videos are fantastic, I really appreciate your effort to bring so many values for us! Just one question, do you think it is still worth to start a video editing agency in 2024 as a European 🇪🇺? I mean can we west country people compete with all the offers coming from cheaper countries? I am thinking of starting such an agency and grow it but I am afraid, that could be just a waste of time today.. what do you think honestly:-) thank you so much ☺️

@@moodysamy6544 thank you for your comment, I am the same opinion. Than You couldn’t start any online business at all. But the point is, whether you can still make money in such a competition and still effort to live in Europe. But I guess you’ve already answered, thank yoy 👍

Hi Ross. Could you make a more detailed video that specifically tackles the strategies you used to find new clients during the early growth phase of your company and how you did it? Basically 95% my clients are referrals and while I'm listed on google and have started the SEO game, I want to be more active in my own pursuit of new clients. Everyone glazes over trade show networking, cold calls, dms, emails...etc but I would love to see more on what you actually do when you use those avenues because for me, it's 1 in a 1000 to actually land a new client this way without a referral and I think the problem I have is finding the right business or companies to actually look for.

Hi Ross ,I really appreciate your work .I'm interested in getting started as a short form( talking head /podcasts) and reels video editor and I'm learning editing using capcut PC due to budget contstraints .Would Capcut be sufficient to land some basic video editing clients ? I'll obviously upgrade to premium softwares later but now I just want to get started .I hope I'll get a response from you . Thanks 😊
