Thank you. I am younger than 60 but just went through breast cancer surgery and radiation. so this is helpful to get moving again

Thank you love the workouts!!! Do you happen to have cd's I can buy for my potwble cd player?? Love ya ❤ thanx for what you do for us seniors . 72 have heart damage due to surgical err. And copd due to loss of too much oxygen during awaited transport to a other hosp.for triple bypass. I get winded with activity. You make it easy. Im trying to get to a healthy weight for my 5ft frame at 183. 🧡

Kierstie, I'm a 71-yr-old female with severe lower lumbar issues. My physical therapist and two physicians highly recommended yoga for core strengthening to alleviate pain. I've started participating with your restricted mobility video daily. You are such a wonderful instructor and your class doesn't feel like drudgery. in 3 days, I already feel more flexibility and notice improved balance. Thank you!

Hey Kierstie, thank you for the Chair Yoga videos. I started out with the "Chair Yoga for Seniors and Up". I moved to level 2 today. I feel so much better and a lot more flexible. Thank you for making these sessions available on KZfaq. I love your dogs too.

Hi again Kiersty, I just completed a 2nd level practice and it was just great! I've practised yoga for most of my life, and daily for the past 10 years. But I fell and hurt my knee and blah blah blah anyway I hadn't dared practice until I found you. I'm only 65, but I"ve been very hard on my body, and it's all coming out now. Accepting I need a walking stick and doing chair yoga has been hard for me! But you have made it possible❤🎉❤

Hello, I have just watched this video, its so very well explained and simple to follow. I need to ask, I have ner done yoga before (of any kind) do I repeat this Level 2 every day for a week or two until I get used to it? Or am I supposed to go to Level 3 tomorrow? Thank you so much...love Cosmos and Skye, they look adorable.

I am loving doing chair yoga...I loved standing yoga, but hip and knee pain started getting in the way. I felt so sad not to have my yoga in my life. But I feel happy to have found this, and it is a blessing!!! I hope you continue to grow this chair practice, because it gives me joy and hope~

Amazing - can't thank you enough for all the chair yoga. I live in Oz but had a 5 way bypass in Seattle when living there in 2006. Ex-military, never smoked, drunk or used drugs - just very high Lp(a) - genetic. Because of surgical problems now have 8 bypass grants and 4 stents which combined with severe dystonia and tremors over several years (also genetic) have sent me from super fit to a very poor version of my 67 years. My great medical team said why don't I try chair yoga (I used to do Power Yoga) but was reluctant until I found your channel - your chair versions of the asanas make sense, are doable and you give clear instructions. I have a long journey ahead of me but hopefully will be able to gradually return to standing yoga and classes. Keep uptime good work. Cheers Al

I am 71, Today is my 2nd day during your chair yoga workout. Yesterday, I did level one. I have a bad case of osteoporosis. My scores of Dexa scan are really bad in the left hip and low back. Walking with cane. 😢 I will do what I must to reverse this. With your help. Thank you For your videos.❤

I’m 43 and in the middle of chemotherapy. I haven’t done yoga or any kind of exercise for many years due to poor health. Just wanted to say I love now accessible this video was, it was just long enough to feel I did something without tiring me too much. Will be recommending this to others

I am 86 yrs old and this is fantastic. It reminded me of chair yoga classes taken 5 yrs ago but appropriate for my advanced age. I plan to share it with residents of my senior living community.
