Sorry, I’m a great fan of Autoglym products, but am using Polar Blast with my Karcher K4 and am very disappointed with the performance. I have even tried upping the concentration from the pack instructions, but it just doesn’t remove the dirt from my white metallic ID4.

How did the wheel cleaner work ?did it take off all the chain grime etc in one shot? Please tell me cuz I'm about to buy one for my bike

Truthfully. Go to Duel Autocare get a bottle of Axis wheel cleaner. Use code MN10 for 10% off. It's far better than the Autoglym stuff.

Garage is too dark for polishing. Did you use the same polish as me with a machine polisher?
@runnerup97862 жыл бұрын
As you did get the Polar Seal on the windscreen what was the effect afterwards? Does it make your wipers go a bit funny? I've been using the Polar Blast leaving it to dwell for 10 minutes and then using the washr mitt to remove and those results are quite good but in my experimentation using polar blast with a relatively dirty car it did nothing to remove dirt at all. This is on a daily driver car though with no level of waxing on or anything like that. I imagine the trio works really well on a car that's got quite well maintained body work and probably some residual wax or sealant. Your car looks well maintained and protected so maybe that helped. I'm going to get some Polar Wash to try as a second step next though.

I've read the other comments Matt and there is one thing you should always do is read the instructions, shake well before use is on the majority of Autoglym products, I'm a massive Autoglym fan owning all of the products, but good on you in keeping your car in great condition.

AutoGlym make amazing products! I started with their glass polish and now I have about half of their products. Their wheel cleaner (as in your photo) is incredibly effective. It strips off all the dirt. I find there are always a couple of missed areas, due to it foaming up, but that tends to come off easily with a cloth. -That may also be due to me using their alloy wheel protector after the last time I cleaned the wheels. I bought their Magma spray, the other day. I haven't used it yet, but all the reviews are extremely positive.

Is your pressure washer blasting out water as well when you apply the foam, or is it off at the tap and the pressure washer just blasts out what is in the bottle attachment?

Hi, it was the stock sr20de engine. I used a T28 from a pulsar gtir. A pulsar gtir intercooler kit. 200sx injectors. Nistune fitted to the ecu at Horsham developments. Run low boost around 9-10psi as the stock sr2pde has higher compression than the pulsar gtir engine

Hey Matt I was searching reviews of AutoGlym and came across your video. Sorry hear about your engine but glad to see you have it back up and running once again. I couldnt help notice you dragging around your Karcher K2 is it? I had the same problem because of the short hose which is basically plastic!!. I came across another guy here on KZfaq upgrading his pressure washer hose from the standard hose 4 meters to a 15 meter after market rubber version by a company called Cleantec Equipment LTD. I was inspired I not only upgraded my K2 to a K5 but I ordered the same hose from that company. I'm based here in the Rep of Ireland so it cost me 55 euro delivered but I think it works out 45 sterling. But the difference is night and day.......the machine never moves you can keep it out of the way aswell as the electric extension lead and the hose just follows you wherever you go. Just something to consider mate. All the best Jay.

Nice looking "Z". I love the color of the paint. I have a 370z myself and absolutely love my car. One of the best sports cars for the money on the market! Thanks for the review of Autoglym. It's not a very popular brand here in the USA, although I do enjoy using their products. With Amazon, it's a little easier to get the stuff now than in the past. I am definitely going to try this metal polish. Looks like it did a fantastic job.

@Fortlox_3 жыл бұрын
I know that but i dont contact wash anymore.
@ROASTEDREGIS3 жыл бұрын
@@Fortlox_ What I figure out that pre wash and second stage do not clean your car properly without contact. It might be that I missed to spray with power washer some areas but after rincing the car it still made my cloth dirty. which reached me that I need a contact wash for best results. But I completely understand you as well as my self I don't have drive way and I do my wash just on the street by the house. Which means I cant go in a full detailing. And just simple wash saves times at the end.
