You are killing it. Kudos to you! I do 50 pushups a day and I heard if we do it with the legs together, we feel more than if we let them wide open.
@wisemanfamilyliving5 күн бұрын
Thanks yo sounds like you too! Just have to keep grinding. As far as foot position it mainly affects your core. So if your feet are together it works your core stabilizers more than if they are spread but it won't really affect the 'pushing' motion or chest either way. So I guess technically you feel it more. I tend to go wider and have my hips/glutes up higher so that I'm always touching my chest to ground first rather than hips/waist/stomach area

@@wisemanfamilyliving You're welcome! Now I'm doing 100 each time, also. But in 30 min. each time. Months ago, trying to block someone playing basketball, I hurt my left shoulder. Doctor said I have "tendinosis" (word in spanish). But not because of basketball but by doing push-ups, my favourite exercice since I was 15. Now I'm perfect again. But I think I'll do 100 or less push ups these days..

I was thinking about buying cocnut flour. When you use it, does it have a coconut flavour, or is it neutral? Great recipe, btw!
@wisemanfamilyliving27 күн бұрын
I use it for a few things (it's quite expensive in my opinion so I use it for niche things). My pancake mix I throw a little in there with some normal flour. You can use it for raw baking such as this recipe or anything you want really! Coconut orange chicken is pretty bomb. You can use it for muffins, batters, pizza crusts etc. Honestly it even does well when you need a thickener for soups or homemade mac & cheese. It has a fairly low glycemic index which is great and a very neutral flavor. I've never really tasted the coconut when using it. If something calls for oil and I use coconut oil I end up tasting that more than recipes that use coconut flour with no oil. Thank you!
@bubblekittea27 күн бұрын
I'm so glad I stumbled on this channel these looks delicious :D I wouldn't use regular flour without "baking it off" because its not safe and would have a raw taste

@wisemanfamilylivingАй бұрын
Blended up oranges 🍊We recently made some of our own orange juice but I don't have a juicer/squeezer so we blended up oranges with water. I also don't have a cheese cloth so it's very pulpy haha
@yarfrmdaa1323Ай бұрын
@@wisemanfamilyliving nice you should drop a recipe on how to make it! I wouldn’t mind trying it!
@wisemanfamilylivingАй бұрын
@yarfrmdaa1323 Ok! I'll make sure I make a video next time we do it! I've been meaning to make some videos on my recipes/homemade cooking. For now the written recipe would be: 2 Oranges 1 Cup Water Sugar to taste (optional) Blender 1. Cut and peel your oranges 2. Toss them in the blender with 1c water 3. Blend oranges until smooth-ish (there's going to be a lot of pulp) 4. Pour into glass or some container to use and enjoy! 5 (optional) If you have a cheese cloth you can strain out the pulp with the cloth into a jar or bowl then pour that into your favorite serving container (I used a colander with my wife's juice to try and get some of the pulp out) 6 (optional). Add sugar to taste if needed! (I didn't add any in mine because I'm just using it for my greens but if I were to drink it I would probably add a little bit of sugar or sweetener like agave syrup!)

@wisemanfamilylivingАй бұрын
Totally! I do pullups, barbell rows, and bodyweight rows on the days I do upper body. Occasionally I'll step into the garage off camera to do some bodyweight rows or pullups throughout the day. I've been thinking about adding in bodyweight rows to these daily pushups too, but thought it might be too long for a daily morning upload. What are your thoughts on this?
@BluBlu111Ай бұрын
@@wisemanfamilyliving Yes!!! I've been doing pushups and pullups 3 days a week and at the end of my session I'll do banded rows for the posture factor and shoulder stability for sure. I love calisthenics
@wisemanfamilylivingАй бұрын
Amen dude. I don't have any bands at the moment but they work wonders. I typically do a hang on the pullup bar for as long as I can to decompress/posture fix that way as well. Calisthenics are awesome. I can do a pistol squat but I can't do a one handed pushup yet. Working on frog stands in my spare time and one day I hope to do a well formed muscle up lol.
