@CornCrazed I agree for the most part. But I still stand by how this game will set the tone. Can't have the oline give up numerous sacks or create a lack of running lanes. And the defense not being able to create pressure. It doesn't need to be a blowout,but rather a sound fundamental game for us

Having grown up in Western Nebraska, I HATE Colorado football. My family used to get season tickets in Boulder just to watch our Cornhuskers beat the S--T out of the Buffalos every other year. I like you takes on the single digits and the depth chart. Thanks for videos Conner.

It many sound crazy, but Boulder is only 3 hours away. Getting any tickets in the 60's, 70's and 80's for Nebraska home games were at best difficult and we never lost money on the deal. Folsom Field was at least half red on the Saturday's we went to see our Huskers play. GBR!!

@@huskerdee1431 I see your point, but even with half or more of Folsom Field filled with Husker fans there were always lots of empty seats. In those years Buff Football was on hard times and ticket sales were awful. Buff fans hated seeing that long line of Nebraska plates coming from the Panhandle, especially since we did not eat or drink in Boulder. We along with many other Husker fans would stop in Cheyenne (Little America) for gas and food.

And I agree with your take on the Colorado game; it might be the biggest one of the year for us after three losses and all of the hype over our new offense and more mature defense. Colorado game is a must win for Neb. I think it’s huge they go into Ohio st. 6-1 instead of 4-3 or 5-2. I feel a slide at the end of the season will happen again this year, especially since at some point, Raiola will get injured and HH will have to step in. Is there any stats out there from Tony White’s first year D at Cuse to his second? Did it stay the same, did it dip?

Colorado is a must see game it’s make or break time. Coach Prime and Team are not coming to Lincoln to surrender. Nebraska is loaded better than last year but so is Colorado. It should be a more balanced game, but sheer speed and defensive containment will win the game. 6-1 before Ohio State if Nebraska takes care of business. Other games Like Iowa, Wisconsin are important.

Likely to lose? I don’t know about that. I think we have a very good chance of beating them based on our experience/roster continuity vs CU’s roster turnover and lack of time playing together especially in the trenches.

Rutgers worries me more than Purdue, but a morning timeslot could make it a trap game. UCLA could be also, if we beat USC and there is a flat game following a huge win. USC faces Nebraska in game 10 and I wonder if they may be a little beat down after playing LSU, Michigan, Wisconsin, Penn State and Rutgers. It may be a more winnable game than in appears pre-season. Single digit lock? gotta be Dylan Raiola. Will it be #1? That's my vote. That is also the ultimate goal for this program.
