Yes. I can’t get enough of all of these builds! I have a vintage MB in a very similar color. It could use a stable mate. I love the unapologetic approach… just build it to the highest standard and it costs what it costs.

3-4 hours to charge is forever on a 32 Kw/hr battery. Not good when taking trips. It must've taken days to get to Washington.

For improved range on long distance trips, take the roof rack off. It creates much more drag then you think.

80-90 miles is a real deal killer. Can’t go anywhere with a 40-45 mile range if you want to make a return trip on the same day. So it’s an expensive grocery getter?

Its a shame to destroy such a beautiful classic car like this. The car as built was built with everything in mind: engine, transmission, chassis, etc. When you corrupt one thing with say, taking out the original engine and INSULTING it with a Tesla go cart battery you are really destroying the car. I hope he kept the original engine.
