Im 5'2, soft gamine and an enfp who doesn't enjoy wearing bold colours because they dont match my skintone or colour season. My whole life ive felt like even next to people the same height as me, i look soo compact like gravity isnt so much pulling me down as it is PUSHING me.😂 Your videos have helped so much! Thank you so much!❤

"You are the wisest person when it comes to your physical form" 💯 Whew, this queer meat-sack deeply needed to hear this. I really appreciate the Kibbe universe bringing me here, because I was getting overwhelmed with the content feeling so dogmatic - especially for this gender fluid pansexual trying hard to break free of the male gaze after years of masking by performing femininity. Sorry to word vomit all of that haha but just seriously, thank you so much for sharing your journey.

I see myself more as a FG, but I don't really vibe with the style recommendations. My shoulders are wider than my hips and I always dress with an intention of hiding that. If I was to follow Kibbe's recommendations I would have to embrace it and I don't want to. I don't like it and I don't want to draw attention to it, I want to continue dressing in a way that minimizes it. What to do? I was very much invested in trying to find myself in any of the style identities and now that I finally figured it out, I don't like it. 😐

This is fantastic! Thank you for doing this. It's so necessary. I love that you took the time to show a variety of great examples and options for the different body essence types. I am pretty sure I'm a theatric romantic and I love wearing gold metal jewelry in my natural hair. Excellent job!

Hi Fran - thank you for sharing your journey - I origianlly found you on the Kibbe tip but also when you shared your upbringing in a Christian household. Today is my first time back to your channel in over a year and wow Ive missed a lot. I feel like our story has quite a few similarities - I left my husband last year (not so great treatment) and then since have accepted a change in my sexual identity (havent worked out all the deets here). I am a romantic Kibbe type and love much to dress to this - but what is jarring is my essence (more masculine energy leaning) - Its kind of fun at times to see peoples reactions to the "softness" of my physical appearance and then upper cut with my assertive communcation style. Thanks again for sharing such sacred places of your being.

I’m 5’3” & I have a flamboyant gamine body type, and a monochrome fitted look is my absolute go-to. It’s definitely what I feel most feminine and sensual in 😊 I feel like it elongates my figure and enhances the parts I love

I know this video is old but you helped me finally clear up the debate of my Kibbe type. Im 5’6 so i felt like i was too tall to be fg but i think I am! I am almost incapable of looking refined and demure like a DC and I feel like even at 30 people continuously mistake me for someone who is in their early 20s because of how I carry myself. I also can pull off outfits that have multiple extravagant pieces that look separate from each other.

Still figuring out my Kibbe type, but I just want to say I really resonate with your outlook on Kibbe and how you recommend using it as a tool. As someone who came from a sheltered, conservative background as well I appreciate the emphasis on giving yourself space within your type to explore. Wishing you healing and happiness and love. And also I think you're baller, keep it up!

I find your channel soo refreshing because I swear every other flamboyant gamine styling/fashion channel is always trying to teach people how to approach “girly” looks when you have a “boyish” body type, rather than embracing more tomboyish or masculine styles. It’s just great to see that style reflected on someone else with the same body type you have! I also just wanted to say how much I related to you feeling pretty in the makeup but not really wanting to give “pretty” as a look always, personally I used to wear makeup moreso to cover up, and present what I felt I was expected to, but as I became more comfortable with myself style wise and without makeup, I still love makeup as an art form but putting it on feels SO out there now? I really do appreciate your content though! So much of it reflects how I’ve felt putting together my own outfits!

Frani, just discovered your channel and am loving your content and perspectives! You're an inspiration! I'm soft gamine. After decades of internalized critique about my body shape and hair color/texture, I'm reclaiming my geometry and blends of sharp and soft. It was a lightbulb moment when I realized how much those labels of 'feminine' and 'masculine' and cultural expectations have messed with me. Pluto is transiting my 1st house currently. It's been a time of transformation in terms of my style, health and attitude. 💜

Please stop confusing body type with style type. I'm a FG body type with classic/ethereal essence. I have Scorpio Rising with 5 Capricorn placements and heavy 12th house energy. I can ofc pull off gamine styles but the playful gamine look simply cannot be my everyday style AT ALL. It's just not believable or comfortable regardless of my FG body. My face, demeanor, and movements literally ooze classic and ethereal. Most of my clothes are either classic, romantic, or dramatic (my Scorpio Asc. pulls of dramatic amazingly well). In your video the issue is not that you're trying to wear classic, it's that you have no idea how to style yourself in classic. For one, you already noted your hair was NOT classic. Then your choice of clothes smh. For example, a big oversized white top with fitted black pants? No. Better to have a top that fits nicely/neatly and pants with a different leg cut. Also, tops should be darker than the bottom. Think grey or brown pants and navy blue or black top. FG have lots of juxtaposition so this must be accounted for when styling as a FG.
