I love the idea, as I am travelling a lot and a powerful all in one pc is the best option to carry. I think if you choose a bigger monitor you will have more space at the back. Also why you didn’t go with an AMD cpu? They are more easy to cool with a low profile cooler. I made that mistake and now I stuck with the 13500.

Like you mentioned in the video, you wanted the portability but also the upgradeability. If laptops were able to be upgraded like desktops, then that would honestly make them true desktop replacements. The Framework laptops have shown that it is definitely possible.

I just dont know, if you are going for the smallest you are better off just using a UM780 XTX with the occulink and they use any GPU you want and building a custom case for everything. Then you would not be limited by the weak 4060. Even in your build if you are doing a custom case there is no need to use a AC-DC power supply especially if cost is no limit. You are better off going DC to DC ATX power supply and have the power in an external brick to save space and make it even smaller. Like the HDPLEX 500W GaN.

There is a case that fits the 250watt Gan charger that was recently updated to fit the 500w version. I forget the brand but it's been showcased before.

Hey Devin, I think you remember the comment I had made a few hours ago on your last video about the change of video formats, and you had replied that I might like this video which you've posted today. You were right! This style of videos where there's some light background music in some of the shots and the editing is well done with some shots in which you were doing voiceovers... I think you know what I'm saying. The "old format" of the videos have returned which I, personally really like! I don't know about other people but man... This is just a near perfect style of video creation. And, great job on this pc build, putting a touchscreen monitor on a full custom pc, whilst maintaining the portability is a difficult goal to achieve. That's all I wanted to say. Have a good day, people.

Cool build for sure, but I'd still rather go with something like a Velka 5 with a magnetically mounted 15" or 17" monitor. Primarily because of the larger monitor and ability to use a more powerful GPU. Regardless, very cool to see and I look forward to seeing your modifications to the design over time.

You built a Nintendo Switch? lol But Seriously, just buy a framework laptop, it's the only laptop I know of that is upgradable
@NathanSteph-lo8wr
@NathanSteph-lo8wr 5 сағат бұрын
and the only way to upgrade it is by buying a mainboard that costs 800+? not only that youre locked with its io and it upgrades using laptop configs so its weaker than this build, also the gpu is only upgradable with their system, so no cross compatibility with stuff like amd, nvidia or intel😊
