Original League of Angels the turn based one is actually alright . I played it for some time but it's too p2w . Whoever has the biggest wallet wins . No matter how good and efficent you are , eventually you'll reach a celing . I actually were in top 50 leaderboards as f2p first month in new sever but then Whales eventually kicked me out and I just quit playing it .

It really sucks because there was a point where DLC was the best shit. When you got a phenomenal game and then added content that was worth the price. Sometimes far more then the price was given we got great stuff. We still sometimes do get good DLC i think of elden ring and Cyberpunk 2077.. Buut i mean goober garbo is the main course

The thing with subtitles on is that as a non-native speaker of english, it's sometimes hard to understand if it's a normal word i dont know, a normal word but with an accent or if it's a made up, ingame word

I kinda dislike how albion makes gathering too grindy. Like 140k fame for t5 is too much tbh. Should be 50k atleast. While t4 should be 20k instead to unlock. It just feels way too grindy

Here's mine: 1. Pay to Get, which is every game 2. Pay for Cosmetics, so games like Fortnite 3. Pay to Skip, where paying skips small and/or tedious sections 4. Pay for Advantage, where you pay to accelerate your progress 5. Pay to Win, basically the last one but much harder to achieve without paying 6. Pay to Play, in which you can't access the rest of the game without paying up. There is also DLC, but I don't know where to place it.

Never had a connection to any MMO nowadays.. Way too easy.. You can almost solo everything to end game.. I remember back in the days the friends I've gained through helping and being helped.. The feeling of accomplishment whenever you finish a difficult challenge.. Nothing beats old school..

People said its the worst, yet ironic is I play this game longer than 5 years and reach the 3rd tier job. Idk,I weak towards Asobimo games. And only game I can reach damage over 10000 too alongside Toram Online

If you think this is the worst mmo, there's something wrong with you. This is by far the only f2p game still avaible, and it is quite good.

Warframe's latest update lets players skip ahead, so they can play the latest story parts right away. So, they apparently listened to this feedback.

Pay to win has destroyed gaming. Games used to be about skills. Ppayers bragged about tricks they have learnt, better ways they can figut, things they achieved in the games cause of all these used to be hard. But now, once you punch in your bank card several times you can have the best of everything in that game without making effort. Clear example is Viking Rise. Highest troop level is T7 and you can get that in 24 hours after installing the game if you spend thousands of dollars. While other players will have to spend 2 years to get the same T7 unless they pay.

Just another tidbit of context for one of the cash shop items: the Explorer's Camping Kit. It is indeed lighter than most standard camping kits but it is not the lightest camping kit, that title goes to the Elite Camping Kit which cannot be obtained through MTX. That being said you have to either progress decently through the story or go really far out of your way early game in order to obtain Elite Camping Kits, whereas for deluxe edition owners the Explorer's Camping Kit is given right at the start of the game (and I would assume it works the same for the MTX versions of these items). This and the extra Portcrystal represent the two most noticeable benefits that can be gleamed from the cash shop imo. The Wakestones are a convenience but given the extremely frequent autosaves and the fact that Wakestones are actually pretty easy to come by once you get past the very early game I wouldn't call them p2w by any means. The Rift Crystals are effectively irrelevant because RC as a currency is just a lot less useful in this game. Repairing broken Riftstones is comically inexpensive, bringing along higher level pawns decreases the amount of xp you get (and they're really not stronger from a practical sense outside of the first few levels when they're very cheap anyway), the inclination dust (bought with RC from Johnathan's sleazy cousin) is pretty useless because the inclination system has been absolutely gutted and most importantly there is no cursed item equivalent to sink RC into late game (one of the few mechanics that I'm happy was removed from the sequel). Also quick note, the original game (in which Rift Crystals were a much more important currency than they currently are in DD2) released in 2012 actually had RC bundles purchasable with real money on (among other "DLCs" released within the first few months of the game's life cycle) and added more purchasable bundles when the DLC released the next year. All in all I'd say that the MTX in the sequel is overall less impactful than that in the original. Some "DLC" highlights from the original: - The Debilitator Weapon Pack, which introduced some of what would prove to be the strongest weapons in the game by plonking them into the player's storage at the start of the game (including some legitimate best in slot contenders like Force Hatchet, Iraklis, Legion's Might and Caged Fury) - The Divine and Demon's Protection Armour packs, which introduced a collection of armour sets that granted unprecedented damage reduction from their respective elemental damage types, but increased the damage taken from other elements. Over a decade later and these are still a no brainer when fighting specific elemental dragons - The Rift Crystal packs mentioned earlier: 2000 RC for $1, 15000 RC for $6, an additional 2000 RC + a better inventory for one of the shops in the starting town for $1 and when the DLC launched additional packs of 2000 RC for $1, 5000 RC for $2 and 30000 RC for $5 which could be purchased repeatedly were launched alongside it. Given the massive RC sink in the form of cursed items that were introduced in this DLC, the annoyance of farming them in the quantities required and the surprise mechanic adjacent nature of the cursed items themselves, I'm pretty confident Capcom made a killing on these As a veteran of the first game, the whole snafu over the MTX of the sequel was hilarious to me. Wildly overblown imo
