Why does the teaching of buddha explain "becoming" rupa and arupa form/formless as states of "jhana absorption" and "abstract jhana" part of Dependent origination, but these are part of the 8 jhana's of Right Concentration? I assume is it attachment or craving of those states or desiring higher attainment is just as much as a illusion to liberation. Avoid the extremes of attachment and repulsion to various states of consciousness I suppose.

He is quickly becoming one of my favorite teachers…so clear, direct, human. I disagree with him about “lie detectors” however. Polygraphs aren’t admissible in court for a very good reason, and these new technologies seem to suffer from the same basic limitations as the classic polygraph machines…distinguishing stress responses (which can happen for any number of reasons…like simply knowing that you’re being scrutinized 😉) from deception or outright lying.

You can free yourself from all kinds of mental sufferings .such as anger greed loneliness haughty ness egoism selfishness etc.The way is### concentrate your mind on all your body's movement s or stopped as much as possible.Whenever you follow your body's movements or stopped,at that time you will free yourself from all kinds of mental sufferings.Please practice as much as possible.Every time you practice. You will get better and better.

The Buddha himself describes the eightfold path as the kamma that leads to the end of kamma. In this sense bhava is a aspect of kamma, a kind of action. By keeping within the four frames of mindfulness and paying attention in terms of the four noble truths, appropriate attention is engaged in becoming (bhava) that by stages becomes ever more subtle in terms of discerning bhava, which leads inevitably to possibly of the end of bhava.
