We have different types of operation mode that the user would like to have. Ultrasonic starts at set temperature reach is one type. Ultrasonic stops with heater function is one type.

@@chefistopatrick385 Yes, ultrasonic vibrations will be kept on from Set temperature reached till completion of the cooking time( timer set). But ultrasonic vibration is not continuous. It is working 2 minutes then pause two minutes, repeat this circle. Because nonstop vibration will add extra heat into water, then resulted in set temperatures over deviation too much. Our standard is average deviation 1 degree Celsius. Maximum not more than 2 degree.

I have the same unit. Worked fine for a couple of times and now the power does not come on again. (No display, nothing). Checked the fuses ; both OK. Maybe the digital display with on/Off button is not working any longer. Are there parts available for this unit ?

I started with that style of torch however if you actually use the while they all fail as they are pretty cheap. You are best to sear the protein before adding the sauce and heating the sauce in a pan then finishing it. Doing it the way you are doing only crystallizes the sugars in the sauce and does nothing to finish the protein. That torch leaves what we call "torch taste" at that distance which is why I now use a blowtorch that we have developed to eliminate that effect.

I agree that technically this is a basic perfunctory demonstration but this is more of a basic hardware demonstration video by and non-native English speaker. I would like to see you demonstrate anything in say Cantonese Chinese for a Chinese audience. This was a machine or device demo, not a cooking lesson so as far as the length of time that the protein was left in the sous vide this is depended on your skills with the sous vide cooking technique.

@@domcizek Well, obviously you DO NOT spend much time on the Internet since typing in all caps is considered the worst form there is since it is "shouting" and the style of a real ass. As for the meat quality, yes the tiers have changed and it is important to understand the grading system as well as there feed that was used to raise them. When you grew up I can bet it was mainly grass and now most are raised on various feeds of corn and so forth and are not grass-fed only what is called "grass-finished." I actually started by hanging a stand-alone ultrasonic generator in my standard sous vide with an immersion circulator. Yes, I had that idea for using ultrasonic too several years ago and Edmond has been developing real sous vide with me that incorporates an ultrasonic generator for about a year now. The Chinese are a bit hard to work with unless they are just building to spec and I have had to go to a great deal proving various aspects that I want to see incorporated into an actual cooking device and not a cleaning device that was adapted for cooking. We will have a new model coming out in a month or so based on shipping and "I" will do a video if it meets my basic specifications after I do what have become some actual usage tests with it.

@@gordonrain7152 return of the goods is workable, but will cost a lot ( return freight cost from US to China will be more expensive than machine price ). So if you have watched video and information, still don’t have enough confidence, it is better not to buy. I can say our product has zero return in the past ( from 2015)

I bought this thing from you but there is no drain and the pan is not removable so if it shorts out when I have to lift the whole thing up and tip it over to clean it out I am going to come over and strangle you with the unit.

But no link since this unit is just not available. You do not say if the ultrasonic generator operates for the entire cooking time since most of the units you make do not and only operate with the ultrasonic working when the temperature heater is working (when the temp falls below the target temperature) this makes this a water oven or Bain Marie, not sous vide and the lack of continuous ultrasonic means the water is not circulated.

I just cooked a very very lean London Broil and used to use 20 hours at 127F. With ultrasonic, I did it at 127F for 4 hours for a super tender London broil that was like a sirloin.

Seems to be a bit of scam, gauge doesn't display 6 BAR of pressure and the output isn't steam. You aren't going to hold your hand in front of a jet of steam and it is simply a jet of low temp water.

Hello, after set temperature is reached. ultrasonic function is kept running every 2 minutes intervals. Each interval is about 1 minute, till timer is run out.

Our machine has two heating system, one is for higher power heating during preheat stage, each minute will increase about 1.5 Celsius degree. When reaching set temperature, lower power heating system will work to keep temperature at set level.

Some words to describe what you are doing would be nice. I still can't figure out how to get mine to work. When I pull the pump, it is impossible to pull the handle, as though the bag was already evacuated, but if I take the pump off the bag, it pulls fine, so it isn't the pump. I have tried it with several different brands of reusable sous vide bags.
