what are the main differences to the ERS for 2026 other than the removal of the MGU-H and increase in power to 350kW for the MGU-K?

Wait, do the strat modes mean the ERS is automatically deployed? Like pre-calibrated by the team as opposed to driver controlled during the race? Or a mix of both?

When a very important accident happened on the track, a red flag appeared to stop the gp, when a redflag is out, you have to come back to the pitlane, and when u come back to the pit u have to respect a Time per lap whose name « delta », and u have to keep the delta « positive » (Im French and my english is bad sorry if u dont get all of my explenation)

The delta is the difference between a certain target lap time and the actual lap time you’re really doing. If the delta is -0.1, you’re on track to do a lap 0.1 seconds faster than that lap time, and if the delta is +0.02 then you’re on track to do a lap which is 0.02 seconds slower than the target. Usually the delta drivers see is a goal set by the team to have good pace while still managing tires or defending against another racer. But when a red flag suspends the race, race control imposes a special, slower target time to make everyone slow down and return to the pits safely. They’re telling drivers to keep their delta positive (which means to go slower than the target time) because if they don’t do that (they go faster than the target time) they are driving unsafely, and they may be punished for it.

They were upset because they didn't know whether Romain died or survived. After the impact and fire they stopped showing it on TV, until they knew he's alive and out of the (what was left of) the car.

i don't know if many people know this but if romain had finished the season out with haas and leave like he was planning to do. abu dhabi would have been his 100th race in f1.

I remember watching this live and it was horrific. How Romain ever got out I do not know. It shows how aware all the drivers are of the dangers and how much regard they have for each other. Thought the panic and fear of Leclerc's responses were an echo of remembering Jules Bianchi's untimely death....great video.
