Great to see you on film again! Don’t get too caught up on your head about what to put out, film what you want to and don’t what you enjoy! I love your content, from camping to characters, always a good watch! I tell you what that little burner is a beast! One question though, was that a tea twig or a table twig? I’m all for shopping around! I notice that a lot of the old KZfaqrs have just stopped, I’m like you, I don’t comment enough, you should t feel embarrassed about it my man! The weight loss is amazing! You’re looking very well, lot more agile now too! Lucy is adorable, I bet she’d love a wild camp! Sheep are very interesting to dogs aren’t they? 😂🙈 outdoor coffee will always be better, it’s science fact! Cannot wait for the next wild camp! I know what you mean about pushing yourself for a big wild camp, nothing wrong with small trials, but a two night camp would be amazing! As solo as you like to be, I’d love to actually meet you and have a wild coffee on your travels!
@MrQuintonia18 күн бұрын
That's Stu, I could waver my solo wild camp for a wild coffee over a gas stove, even a camp, though bring your own tent, lol... My challenge is for early late winter or early spring and I have a lot of work to do still, Lucy would be happy to wild camp but I am thinking not yet she is very excitable at times... Thanks for the watch mate, looking forward to your next video, I keep checking...

If you do look me up and I'll take you to places your fellow Americans rarely go. You'll need walking boots and waterproofs though, especially the waterproofs... ;) Thanks for visiting all the way from the 78 channel... ;)

@@MrQuintonia That would be fantastic and I wouldn't mind having a good pair or walking boots and waterproofs as well on the trip. Seeing the places you know of would be well worth it and from what I've seen on this channel form your walks and camps, it would be a great treat. Definitely another great channel to come and watch after some great keeps on the 78 channel..... ;)

@@rockabillyhepcat5165 If things work out, and you feel you can manage a camping trip, and I have enough spare kit you would just need clothing and those boots and we could do a great vid together up on those Cumbrian mountains... (they are small mountains here btw) But very beautiful...

I really think that your video has helped me before my first wild camp in a fortnight. Pack weight importance and not taking on too much distance and climbs for my first camp. I've been watching plenty of you tube videos to learn and prepare but you've shown me what too heavy a pack can do. Not your intention when you set off I'm sure but useful all the same. You did great to persevere. I'm hoping the end of October weather is kind to me for my first camp . Probably end up a wash out 🤣 thanks for the vid
@MrQuintonia Жыл бұрын
Sorry to be late coming back... Yes it was a learning curve for me, and I have now bought new kit and reduced my pack weight to 12 kg from over 16kg, still heavy but for the end of October which I had hoped to have done or mid-March, you need kit that can withstand the elements, wind, rain and low temperatures... Unfortunately, I have had some issues health-wise which means I have done nothing since, but I live in hope... Good luck and all the best in your adventure...
