Wow, this band name just popped into my head. I havent heard these guys since like 2003 and I completely forgot about them. I was 13, now that I'm thinking about it - they're probably part of the reason I got into fastcore/pv.

I always thought the CHAVEZ track “You Must Be Stopped” was a nod to KARP. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/esiRepmVs5PSdGg.htmlsi=RM0-8_d-mtzSYgFW
@Chris.T.Ortez1382 ай бұрын
I’m fortunate to have seen KARP three times. One of which was sold out (Vets Hall - Santa Cruz) and was snuck in by Chris Smith (guitar) who told the doorman that I was his brother. The band were all sick with the flu but they completely laid waste to everyone there. 🤘🏼

My aunt is the manager at a storage unit and she gave me a few vinyls some people left behind like a year back (one of them’s actually a laserdisc.) This one looked the most interesting and this is currently my first time hearing it. Absolutely NOT what I was expecting

BAD RELIGION pra sempre ! Rio de Janeiro-🇧🇷

I think that it's a amazing album! Just could have used a little more bass in the mix!
@bizzhat3 ай бұрын
@@brownwilliam4272 ah, but nay. with more bass you'd lose that /raw/ feel that the members (~Marduk) had going with their older albums. with more bass, it might be more rounded, but it lacks that certain punch. imo.

I see this as more of a discarded album than demos, because it sounds fully finished and made with as much care as any ALL / Descendents record.
