MrHong, you read my mind: the hot weather indeed affected my appetite and sometimes I cook porridge for dinner! I like it sticky n watery at the same time(粥 not 食饭)😂. Seapark Sec21 also has a very old shop selling porridge n dishes👍

Hi Chef Hong, another great recipe and video. Saved this video into my playlist already. I really like this dish. Didnt know we can add black vinegar, will try soon. I also prefer sticky / gluey porridge just like you. Ah Dai😺is super cute! Keep up the good work.
