Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Preserved vegetable 2 strands ~80g, soaked in water ~20min (duration depend on saltiness)
2. Pork remove skin, slice and chop
3. Ginger, shredded
4. Ginger juice
5. Garlic minced
Seasoning
1. Salt little
2. Sugar little
3. Pepper little
4. Sesame oil little
5. Fragrant oil little
6. Light soya sauce 1tsp
7. Shaoxing wine 1/2tbsp
Method
1. Mix the pork with garlic and seasoning in one direction till pork turns sticky. Add in ginger juice in portion while mixing till the pork completely absorbed it.
2. Add preserved vegetables and mix well. Lay evenly on a plate and poke a few holes. Sprinkle some shredded ginger on top.
3. Steamed for 15min under high heat.
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
