..Hi, if you change the header pipe for that type, without a catalytic converter, do you have to map the ECU? Why has Royal mounted a catalytic converter in the header pipe and in the exhaust? Thank you very much

Yo, so I've got this Interceptor 650 2024, right? It's only done 1500km, but I put an AEW exhaust on it. Now, here's the thing, one of the exhausts is way louder than the other. And get this, when I give it some gas, I hear this weird blast-like sound. I tried switching the exhausts from left to right, even swapped the spark plugs, but the problem's still there. The right cylinder's exhaust is just plain louder. Any clue what the heck is going on?

good morning and greetings from Southern California. I love your channel and just subscribe. I just picked up a 2021 royal enfield Continental GT and I’m absolutely in love. I have a question if you can help. On the top of the cylinder head, there is a plate that’s held down by 48 mm bolts. I want to remove the bolts and slide the cylinder head plate out so I can polish it but I’m curious if those 48 mm boltsare structural so remove them. Also, what is the torque on installing those 8 mm bolts back in? Thank you so much.

Hello, in the original body, there are two conical tip screws at the top, which regulate or what they are used for, if the idle speed is controlled by the central valve.

Thanks for all the crips clean details in highly important information. I know you mentioned this, but not 100% sure - is it safe to run my bike (INT650) if I installed the DNA filter and a 2in1 exhaust? Will the ECU adapt to this and supply a sufficient flow of fuel so that it doesn't run lean? Thank you!

Just fitted the Hitchcocks performance clutch which I believe is the same. I haven't actually put any miles on it, just turned it around on my street. First gear seems a little tricky to find, will this improve once given a good run? Or have I done something wrong?
@RevelryCyclesАй бұрын
If it doesn't work something must be amiss.
@davidrawlings3460Ай бұрын
@RevelryCycles it works,just getting first gear seemed a little harder than i am used too. Are they oil type sensitive? I have used semi synthetic as a posed to fully synthetic this oil change.

Well a couple of hundred miles in now on the rekluse clutch and although I have no clutch slippage at all, I am still having issues getting an nice easy neutral engagement, it's definitely heavier on the clutch lever too not alot but definitely heavier. I don't understand why it's a struggle now to get neutral was fine on the standard clutch.

I love your channel guys. I got my interceptor early 2019, first customer bike here in Madrid. I had ordered mine right when it came out here in Spain because I felt that RE Was pushing all the right buttons with their new twins: good looks, reliable and tuneable. First year I added dna air filter and BS exhaust pipes. I had the S&S cam lying around for more than a year, I'm fitting it now watching your videos. Since i've discovered your channel you guys motivated me to get more go faster bits. Yes enjoying it!!❤

Hi guys love the videos i learnt a lot. I have a question I hope to get a reply as I am now fitting this upgraded clutch. The last 2 clutch friction plates you fit in the short gaps in the basket are the friction plates not supposed to go in the same gaps as the other plates as they would be running on the steel shims that were fitted? It makes sense to put them where the originals ran but there's no extra fitted steel shims on the other outer fingers.
@davidrawlings34602 ай бұрын
Please reply as I have heard some say finding neutral can be harder? And wondered if it's because they didn't used the smaller gaps on the basket.
@RevelryCycles2 ай бұрын
From the video description: NOTE: There is an error at 9:08. When installing the STOCK CLUTCH, only the last drive plate goes in the short spline. NOT THE LAST TWO. NOTE: The REKLUSE clutch is installed with ALL drive plates in the long splines. NONE go in the short spline.
@davidrawlings34602 ай бұрын
@RevelryCycles thank you so much for the reply. I did wonder as i have watch 3 videos and only 1 person put all the friction plates in the same place. So I was getting confused to what was right. Appreciated..

This bike in stock form does 100mph+, why do you want more power, this is not a racing bike and doesn't need more power, chose another bike. Now the 350J yes, it struggle at 65mph, so a few more horse would make it highway friendly.

@RevelryCycles2 ай бұрын
No. It's A LOT more complicated than that. You would only use these on a large displacement engine with enough VE to go beyond 75 HP. If you're using the stock ECU, you will absolutely need a tuner. shop.revelryracing.com.au/product/revelry-racing-high-flow-injector-kit/
