Go for it! I can't vouch for the sumac as we don't have those on our property, we have mostly pines which ended up being good for the stakes and the waddle parts.

Hi there! We used quite the random assortment - all of which were taken from our back woods. We focused on cutting down younger trees that would not have thrived due to competing with larger evergreens. Some were even taken from brush and bushes as well, such as honeysuckle.
