I never felt that much about hating Scott. Sure he does redeem himself in the end its just Michael Cera and i loved all his funny moments and seeing how he makes the character work so well. Its like with one of my friends she hates Patrick Star because he's self centered stupid and always a problem. But I love how stupid he is. Its his voice and relatable dumb moments.

Batman Returns is neck and neck with Dark Knight for me! 🤷 Jack Nicholson and Adam Sandler in Anger Management is a great segway for more comedies.

Sadly there will be no season 4. Instead they are shooting a theatrical movie with Jon Favreau directing. The Mandalorian and Grogu.

Moff was scared shitless ebcause the only Jedi he knows is Luke and there was witnesses of him walking out of the Emperor's throne room with Vader's body. So He thinks Luke killed both the Emperor and Vader.

Other than in the books and comics, no one had ever witnesses Luke at his very peak of his performance until this episode. It was his "Rogue One" moment. Everyone everywhere went crazy over it!

From the moment I saw the Jedi had a gloved hand and a green lightsaber I sobbed like a little girl (I am a large man). Luke revealing his face was the nearest thing to a religious experience I have ever had. *Edited to add*: this is the first video of yours I've seen. You have gained a follower.

IMO, when Grogu was meditating on the boulder rock, he was “actually” contacting Luke Skywalker about his rescue. Otherwise, why would Luke Skywalker come to Grogu rescue?? 🤔. Think about it fans!!

"He's not a vampire." Actually, there's a trilogy of alternate universe stories where he is one, following a disastrous encounter with Dracula himself. Said trilogy, *Red Rain,* was the career-making gig for recurring Batman artist Kelley Jones.

I don't know if they ever actually filmed the scene, but it was originally in the screenplay (as well as the novelization and comic adaptations) that the One Dollar bills at the end were indeed fake (and poison-laced) bills with Joker's face on them.

When this movie released, I was 13 years old, and my mom took me to see it with my younger brother on opening day when I left the theater, I instantly became a Batman fan.

When this came out, it was a game changer. Excepting Superman, which was a decade earlier, this was the first movie that really even made an attempt to really use comics as inspiration. Because big corporations move slow, Marvel didn’t get their act together for another decade before we saw X-men and Spider-Man . In between, there were a lot of indy comics made to movies: The Crow, Tank Girl, Dick Tracy, Road to Perdition, and American Splendor were of this era and great watches.

I remember seeing this at the theater shortly after its release, I was 14. A thunderstorm in the area caused a brown-out at the theater and the picture went out about 10 minutes from the end, but we were hearing the dialogue. It was several months later when I was finally able to see the ending watching a rented VHS tape. Back then, I thought this was the greatest thing ever made. I no longer think so. There were certainly some good ideas in there though. To be honest, I don't think Batman has ever been done right in live action. All the different aspects have to be at least in the ballpark. I'll give the Tim Burton movie (NOT ITS SEQUEL) that it got the feel of Gotham in the ballpark of being right. I can't really say that about any other live action Batman movie. And Michael Keaton Batman was.. Michael Keaton Batman. He was never the right actor for it, but he was great as the version he was.

Fun fact. The surgical tools used in Joker's plastic surgery are the same tools the dentist uses in Little Shop of Horrors. Same exact props.

This is definitely a masterpiece of a movie! But certain things don’t match up with the comics like Joker killing Bruce’s parents. Joe Chill however, was the original killer hired by Falcone. I prefer Nolan’s over Burton’s. But still, my favorite one as a kid nonetheless

The one time when they actually gave us bit more what some of us older fans wanted to see in the Disney Star Wars. Luke fighting against enemies at the peak of his jedi powers. No bitter old man throwing away lightsabers and spending time drinking blue milk coming from some odd creatures chest.

I've always really enjoyed Keaton's take on Batman. There is definitely some great comic book fun and silliness, but also some nice serious moments, and Nicholson is great as The Joker.

Keaton used his claustrophobia as fuel for his portrayal of batman. The bat turn was born from this it even was brought back in the dark knight. When Fox said you want to be able to turn your head. When Keaton was brought back in the flash he refused to wear the cowl they made. The cowl they made was better for him to move his head. He told them no that's not my batman he wanted to be true to the 89 movie. He will always be my batman he shaped my childhood. There is a batman 89 comic it's set three years after returns. There was so much backlash when Keaton was cast as Bruce Wayne/Batman. Once the movie came out it proved he was the right pick. If you want to watch a campy batman watch Adam West batman.

To be fair Batman only had a no killing rule in the 40. There are early comics where he and Robbin use a ww1 machine gun to take down thugs from a bell tower.

The no-killing rule was locked in by 1941. It's not recent at all.
