London has not changed much (only the names of the shops). What happened to Covent Gardens? It looks like a souvenir bazaar - wow! I buy Whittard's tea and sampler sets in Victoria BC. I think it's cheaper in Canada than it is in London.

The political issues in France are so complicated (but interesting). From what I can gather (I read dozens of gov't docs), you and Sharon need not worry about the status of your residencies, regardless of the outcome of the election. Too many acts and policies would have to be repealed or amended or enacted for the bureaucracy to enforce changes.

Well, why haven't you been to your own garden for weeks? I would think you and Duncan would enjoy being out there together! The bird sounds are really delightful and so is the sound of this video so far sounds perfect! If I had outdoor space like that I'd be there at least once a day, especially if the weather permits....you should let us see more of how your garden grows throughout the summer, do you ever hold BBQ out there?
@FOPYSFrance
@FOPYSFrance 11 күн бұрын
We both love being in the garden but unfortunately the weather has been awful for months and months! I also had a bad knee which made it difficult to get around. I have been out there more recently, checking on my veg etc; We were out today discussing further plans for the garden. Unfortunately we don't tend to eat in the garden as much as we'd like. We like company when we are in the garden, it is more fun and if our friends aren't available or Duncan is tired from work, it just doesn't happen. Having said that, we hope this week to have drinks in the garden with Sharon. Up to now we have had a garden party once a year but so far the weather hasn't permitted that either! We're not keen on BBQ's to be honest.

I love the garden tours! Everything is so lush and green and growing!!! The trees, shrubs, and flowers truly make the discrete spaces into secluded secret gardens! The birdsong was lovely! Considering it is only the middle of July, with three harvests to come, I think the garden will yield enough to get you and Duncan through the winter (except the tomato plants - what a shame!) I remember previous garden tours. You and Duncan are making real progress. The garden is beginning to look mature and manicured - so beautiful. I can imagine Al Fresco dining with fresh food, harvested, prepared and grilled in the 'summer kitchen' The gite guests are spoiled! Cedric's choir certainly has a South African sound with a kitchen 'carnival' look. Hilarious head gear! Thanks so much for sharing this informative and entertaining video!

I will say and I do feel like I somewhat have to defend my self in some way but being able to order online even the small things and have them delivered to your door is life changing for disabled people. The most I order in is when I am unwell or don't have the spoons to think about food. ALSO what if I have back to back meetings and no coffee left in the house?!

A couple of things - AFK often comes from gaming, so people know that you aren't currently active, but most people use it as away to say I'm not here. BTS are a K-Pop band not from Britians Got Talent 🤣 I LOVE for wind in the willows but I have no idea how I'd use it! Hit me up/ HMU would be like let me know, bell me a line, contact me. tl;dr is like a summary of maybe a long post (There are so many 'Fi says that' lol) One that tripped Jan up the other week in a text was ofc (of course) and another one I use alot is wydm (what do you mean?)

I want to live in or on the edge of a town (with a market) within walking distance of shops. Canadian appliances have 3 pins but are still 120V, type B, so nothing works in Europe or the UK without an adapter.
