Is that a reusable breathing strip? Strips are costing me a fortune to buy in the boxes.

Woah there, that’s a bold assumption I wouldn’t like to take my 85 year old wife out to dinner just as much.

This is also called The Law of Average. It basically says out of everything you do some will be shit, some will be average, and some will be amazing. You need more and more stuff to really see the obvious stuff on what is working and what isn't. Once you have that you can start making more stuff of what works well and that will indirectly reduce what doesn't work well.

And yet again this is the bar I have set myself to. I will work with Alex. The day I am able to present my business to Him and Leila will be the day I tell him I got here because of his books, words, and motivation to never not do the work.

Your entire model is on a podcast and it's amazing I suck right now at running ads to get leads nevermind selling them. It's a great model, just haven't been able to get it to work yet

I have been following this driven human being and had massive success. I think he is an angel without wings. He has such deep passion for helping others succeed. He stinks of genuine sincerity. He continues to inspire and drive deeper into “perceived” levels of complexity to simplify it for all of us. A sincere “thank you” for keeping transparency and authenticity at the forefront.

I love that Hormozi makes the same statement about having a great product as he does a $100m offer. Spend time making the thing so good that 1. No one can turn it down, and 2. You almost don’t need to market because it sells itself. KEY: Put so much value in your offer that it would be stupid for the prospect to say no.
