Sweet and to the point unlike Lenny Mcgill. Saved me a lot of money AND time. My local gunsmith was 5 weeks out.

Polishing does remove metal, how else would the surface become smooth. Material is removed, as seen by the blackening on your tool....... Material has to be removed, else it wouldnt become smooth, the paste you used is an abrasive, which removes material. Very light material removal yes, but ya cany say polishing doesnt remove material.... thats a bit silly tbh.

I put the trigger in x macro and I noticed there’s a delay after pull the trigger, it’s like half a second. Does anyone know why this would happen? The only thing I changed was the trigger.

These guy have the worst customer service. I have sent 3 emails, and not one response. I purchased the takedown pin for my LCP & LCP Max. The pic still walks out after one magazine. These scammers have not answered one email. Avoid them. I have seen other posts addressing the same problem, but no response otherthan the compter generated one that says they will get back to you. At the range my wife was fireing her LCP 2 and she looks at me and says the pin is coming out. I told her to put the gun down after she cleared it until I could look at it. The pin had walked halfway out. These guys have no idea what they are doing.

My P938 started out at 7.5 lbs. I installed the new firing pin spring and the hammer spring. After putting about 75 rounds through the gun I'm at a consistent 5.5 lbs. I expect that after another 100 rounds or so I'll end up at 4.5-5.0 pounds. This is OK for me. But I won't see 3 pounds.

Thank you for the detailed video. This is the only one that shows how the Hammer strut bridge alignment works. Thank you for that alone, but the sequence of reassembly really helped me too.

I found this video very helpful for a silly reason. I recently tried cleaning my JXP10 for the first time and after I successfully got the slide off I made the mistake of holding the frame upside down, causing the sear assembly, sear spring, sear cam, and sear block to fall out. I couldn't find any directions in the manual on how to reassemble it, besides a vague warning not to hold the frame upside down with the slide off for this exact reason. Google and every cleaning and disassembly video I found also proved useless until I found this video. By watching the high-quality close-ups of the sear components, I was able to figure out how to put it all back together myself so thanks for that.

I JUST INSTALLED ALL THE EXTERNAL UPGRADES ON THE NEW GEN 3 , I MADE A JIG FOR INSTALLING THE NEW TOOL LESS LOCKING CHARGING HANDLE AND IT MADE THE INSTALL QUICK AND EASY! ( HERE IS HOW TO DO IT -- TAKE A 2X4 ABOUT 1 FOOT LONG , DRILLL A 3/8TH INCH HOLE CENTERED IN THE 2X4 ,S FLAT FACE, THE 3.5'" side,, MAKE SURE THE RECOIL SPRING SLIDES IN EASILY BUT DO NOT EXCESSIVELY OVERBORE THE HOLE. ! NOW YOU NEED TO EITHER SCREW THE 2X4 TO YOUR WORK BENCH , OR MAKE A LARGER BASEPLATE AND ATTACHE TO THE 2X4 TO MAKE IT STABLE TO WORK WITH, DO NOT DRILL THE HOLE THRU THE BASE, AS WE ARE CAPTURING THE SPRING IN THE CENTER HOLE.. THIS NOW ALLOWS YOU TO HAVE A SOLID PLATFORM TO COMPRESS THE SPRING WITHOUT STRUGGLING WITH KEEPING THE ROD FROM SLIPPING AND SLIDING WHILE YOU ARE COMPRESSING THE SPRING. YOU CAN NOW EASILY COMPRESS THE LOWER SPRING , TO AS GREAT A DEPTH AS YOU NEED TO ATTAIN THE NEW LOCKING PIN ON THE SPRING, IN ONE SIMPLE COMPRESSION OF THE SPRING

I watched 15 minutes of this video and thought: What an awesome thing that creative people can solve market product issues. But, then I thought: Why would I buy a piece of crap gun that requires extra purchase of kits and tools, in order for it to function properly.

I find it very odd referring to one single little spring as a "kit". My guess is it's your way of trying to justify $20 CAD for a spring that cost less than a dollar. I think I'll just order a bulk pack for the same price and hand them out to shooting buddies and people at the range.

The poor Frenchman I am paid 77 euros- Yes, you read well, 3 times as expensive as the price in the US- for this kit since I imported it from Spain. MCarbo did not event answer my request about shipping a kit to France. To tell you that I am a bit disappointed by what I received is an understatement. I made quite a few measures. With the 1,5 pound spring , the RCBS gauge announces between 2,64 and 2,86 pounds, with the 2,5 pound spring it's 3,4 pounds and the 3,5 pound spring is well beyond 4,5 pounds. How is it ?

A little update. Trigger and spring kit installed! Next up, striker assembly. Didn't mar up the plastic piece in the striker assembly too bad. Was pretty difficult removing while trying to be gentle. I'm not pulling the striker assembly out again unless it's to install the M-Carbo titanium striker kit. Sheesh

Thanks for emphasizing checking the chamber. I see so many people that just cycle the action several times to check that the weapon is clear. The problem there is that you are assuming that the extractor is functioning correctly. Never assume! Great video

Of all three springs in the kit the one that makes the most difference is the sear spring. Would suggest that one might want to install that spring only then do a range test. If satisfied, leave it. If not, then replace the striker spring and then range test with a variety of ammo to ensure that there are no light primer strikes (there shouldn't be). In retrospect if I had to do this over again or if I were to buy another Mossberg pistol (which would be the MC2SC) I would not bother to change out the striker safety block spring as it has the least effect on trigger pull weight. You also avoid damaging the slide or that little roll pin.

Thanks for the very detailed video. I ordered the trigger kit, spring kit and the new contact rod and spring. I replaced All the polymer parts along with the striker spring a pin, contact rod and spring. Polished the barrel ramp and the partial ramp at the top of the magazine housing/lower 1/2 of pistol. 👍👍👍

It would be nice if there was a video specific to the SAS model. I have spent 12-15 hours on installing the trigger and spring kit. Most of the problem was in reassembly. Then when I had to all back together and it functioned, the takedown button, not the lever reset after locking the slide back. I seriously wish I hadn’t started this project. I have done other aftermarket triggers and springs but have never had this much trouble. Plus, dry firing, I am not too impressed with the trigger action.
