Fred was my tv grandfather who I have learned about lots of things by watching Mr Rogers neighborhood everyday that my parents didn't have time to teach me such as how people made crayons or how people do puppet voices . I recently connected with John Fred's son on Facebook and it's amazing how I am connecting with John on Facebook I feel like Fred told me that's my son John you can talk to him

8:42 Oh zombies digging into people's stomach and pulling their guts out isn't traumatizing? is it supposed to be anything but repulsive? Romero was kind of pretentious and full of shit. I'm grateful for his work. But he doesn't deserves the status of greatest horror movie director by any means.

I like Romero's and Carpenter's movies. So ahead of their own time and felt fresh. Plus the gory stuff are excellent at that time without CGI. I also love horror video games, especially those with undead ghouls. Recently I played Dead Island 2. And from the start almost to the end, the name Romero always mentioned or appearing on several locations in the game. And there's even a fictional Romero Award Ceremony near the Hollywood Boulevard in that game. So glad the younger generations still acknowledge Romero as the godfather of zombie movies. (^_^)d

Stomach cancer, Toby Keef passed away 5 February 24. Growing up in the sixties, I was a bit too old to absorb Sesame Street and Mr. Rodger’s neighborhood. Now that I’m retired at 63 years of age, I really dig these wonderful child development programs. A high school buddy of mine recently mentioned; you had a rough childhood. At this point in my journey my First childhood is my choosing, and Winnie the Pooh is top of my list. Enjoy your time while you’re spinning around on this beautiful blue rock. Peas n Luv

I so wish his broadcasts were accessible to everyone now that PBS doesn't broadcast them anymore. Kids and adults like myself could still use his message as much as we ever did. The new material Family Communications makes can't hold a candle to Mr Rogers Neighborhood. Computer generated images don't cut it. We miss you and when you left a light went out. ❤

Veddy, veddy British. Early utilization of data to human voice transcription, and very early example of thinking copmputers, i.e. AI Artifical Intelligence. So, this episode being written and produced in the late 1960s was way, way ahead of its time.
