У меня такая же проблема "ленивый глаз" и я ношу очки. И любая зрительная нагрузка для меня это боль плюс постоянно двоение, но не вблизи, а на расстоянии. Но после того, как я сделал лазерную коррекцию зрения, мне стало гораздо лучше и со временем боль от зрительной нагрузки пропала. До операции я как и ты, изучал язык через подкасты, слушал аудиокниги. Сейчас я могу часами сидеть в телефоне и смотреть телевизор. Надеюсь мой опыт будет тебе полезен.

Бля, ну, в целом, наверное, ты, в общем-то, вероятно, не особо ошибся Вот только, ну, как бы сказать, ты неправильно произносишь "Ы". Понимаешь, звук "ы" это не "ееееееее", это "ы", он звучит примерно как глухой удар по пустой деревянной бочке. Ну или как сухой кашель. Попробуй произнести "ы" так как будто ты срыгивающий комок шерсти кот, будет звучать лучше. Не идеально, и даже не близко, но это, типо, предел для англоговорящих
