I use saf instant yeast brand will that be good for making brioche .. I made brioche already and when I proof it I got 3 times bigger but when I baked it was raw in the middle

1:21 Seasoning 1 tsp salt 2 tsp paprika 3 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp brown sugar Just tried this tonight with my first attempt using an air fryer. This was right on the money. For reference, I used a Cosori Turboblaze.
