Ok, I've been wanting to ask this question for years. @ time mark 28:48 with the mother on the phone, look to the left. There's like a sculpture or something that looks like a clam eating a woman, I'm assuming this is a sculpture of the birth of Venus....maybe? But....the fact it's placed so high in the frame and occupies so much screen real estate. It's always irked the heck out of me whenever i've watched this. Not to mention the freaky design of the 'sculpture'. What is it?!?!?!?

It's so frustrating that this episode was created two years before the release of "The Usual Suspects." That scene (43:40) where the five teenagers get rousted by the police...man. The number of "suspects" is even the same. They could have done so much with that, riffing-wise: "Which one is the teenage Verbal Kint?" "It was all the cops' fault. You don't put high-schoolers like that into a room together. " Et cetera.

I see two things wrong with this episode: 1. The Leatherface ripoff. 2. Dr: Forrester becomes Leatherface. I hate Texas Chainsaw Massacre. It’s worse than Hellraiser. Elm Street will always be the #1 slasher series. Then F13 is #2. Halloween is #3.
