@@jaycubmitchell8808 it is! I covered bass on The Patient and it has so many different bass parts that I’d just get one figured out and there is another completely different direction. I don’t have what it takes to hang in there and learn. I just messed it all up lol.

@emusedone Nah that's the beauty of it. I can't tell you how many times I've picked it up and put it back down again. Currently on a spree of my own, attempting to learn new Tool songs and playing all the way through is difficult. I got to past the first chorus of Vicarious and I'm stuck. Lol

those were the days, your playing smooth there. i was never very good because not enough time to practice and not involved in a band. Thing is i really appreciate the time and effort people put in and can tell that all the skill has come from years of practice and learning. great playing..

Thank you and I would love to record the full cover. It’s a very easy so play bass on for sure. I have a progressive autoimmune disease and it’s destroying my hands, fingers and joints. I play bass as therapy because I enjoy it so much but damn autoimmune symptoms making it impossible to play an entire song these days. If I have a good day that comes along I’ll cover this. It will help my mental health if I can !! ✌️👍🤘
