Things which were more efficient 10 years ago.. light bulb, tv and many other products Big companies make cartels and reduce efficiency for profit ___________ Taxi are expensive and are being cancelled and then we move down and take rick (mumbai) If you don't get a taxi, we have to reversed As these companies didn't have profitability as they were middlemen in something which was not needed If ola earns, either the driver gets less or customers pays more ---------

Biggest takeaways: To hook GenZ, you need to surprise them. They shouldn’t be able to predict certain benefits while maintaining the major reason for why they are using your product (develops following) What will users of your product brag about amongst friends? Ads are for trust, loyalty and users come if you can save them from being bored. Growth comes from people bragging about your product not knowing about your product. Cakes are cooler than referrals!
