Thanks so much for your review of the Acon rebounder❣ Currently using my Cellerciser (uses springs vs cords) that I purchased more than 2 decades ago and barely ever used until recently. I am a senior and find it difficult to jump more than 2 mins. at a time but I would probably have more stamina with the bungee system. I found out the hard way several weeks ago when I jumped rapidly and probably about 10 mins. while listening to ZZ Top "Sharp Dressed Man" 🎶LOL. I hung on tightly to the attached bar while jumping/dancing about and felt great, but next day + 2-3 weeks my left arm, shoulder, and neck were super painful. Won't do that again. But I wish I could.☺

i saw you did a review of the BHA AHA the ordinary peel on your website - I've been using that weekly for years and definitely need to move forward with something stronger. Do you feel like this was less strong than that? I'm debating if this platinum glycolic would be any different or if I should just move to the TCA peel they offer.

I’ve been taking LDN since 2013. I was first introduced to it by a physician at hyppocrates health Institute in Florida. The compounding pharmacy here in Toronto is ridiculously expensive. I compound it myself. I have a little Amber bottle that I place a 50 mg tablet along with 50 mL of distilled water in. It has a stopper with a syringe that you can buy at any drugstore. It dissolves in about four hours sitting in the fridge. I keep it in the fridge and just draw out 4.5 mL each night which equals 4.5 mg

NMN really shows drastic results in people who are either chronically ill or over 60. My 83-year-old mother started taking it November 20, 2022 at a dose 500 mg per day. At that time, she weighed 85 pounds and couldn’t walk without a cane. Had to hold onto to furniture to walk around the house had no appetite. Flash forward to today she’s gained 10 pounds. She’s now 95 pounds and does not require a cane, does not have to hold onto furniture when she walks around the house and she can taste her food again, she didn’t realize that she had lost her sense of taste. That’s probably why she had become so frail. For myself, I’m 59 years old have been taking it over the same period of time and have noticed weight loss, increase muscle tone, better sleep, sharper, focus, and cognition (my dose has been 1500 mg daily) I also added fisetin once per week 500 mg. And TMG

I remember the first time I plucked my eyebrows. That KILLED at first. Lol. I have a Dr pen. Just bought everything except the serums. I'm not sure what to use yet. What do you think about castor oil? I do think I am very nervous about doing this. I watched one skin Dr say that microneedling scars up the tissue under your skin and can cause problems as you get older. That was ONE drs opinion. It gave me reservations though. I will probably do it at some point. Anything to help my skin.

Me too ;o/ I'm not full carnivore - I'd be dirty carnivore at best as I do have the odd frozen veggies and/or crackers now and then. Last night I went to bed around 11:30PM, woke up at 1AM, 2AM, 3AM, 4AM, 5AM ... finally slept (not too soundly at that) until 9AM. It's annoying. I may start going to bed around 2AM but still have to be up by 9AM - we'll see how that goes! I'm a nighthawk by nature anyway. I hope peeps can figure this out!

The answer is simple. Get off keto / carnivore. We DO need carbs. The longest lived people ear carbs. They are not in ketosis constantly. This diet is a trap. Get off it before further damage occurs.

You've got to get off keto, carnivore. That's the answer. No, that doesn't mean go back to some unhealthy version of the standard American diet, but we're not designed to live on ketones 24/7. You're just masking your issues and it's not sustainable.

She shocked me when she said she was 40 since she looks much younger. Maybe she is using those supplemens, most of which I never heard of. But then she got to Calcium AKG which I have been using for about a month. I don't expect miracles since I am 65+, but I have noted a marked increase in sexual desire! Yikes! I also use Urolithin A, not mentioned.

suggest a baseline now so you understand where you are now. I'm in my 40s and discovered at the start of carnivore that I had a very high score for my age but I knew it couldnt have been carnivore because calcified plaque is years in the making. So the baselinile is helpful to have for comparison later. They are cheap now if out of pocket.

I’ve just found your channel. I was drawn to your video 4 months ago about your breast lump and the MRI contrast issue. You were wanting to get an ultrasound and see where you went after that. I would appreciate an update from you about that please. Reason for my interest is I had a routine 3D mammogram and ultrasound in February (my GP won’t prescribe HRT unless I get these tests annually for she is scared of breast cancer). The 3D mammogram showed nothing sinister. The ultrasound however showed Birad 4 lump in R breast and a Birad 3 in the L breast. They wanted me to have a biopsy of each to rule out cancer. I refused the biopsy as I don’t think sticking a needle into lumps is such a good idea, shouldn’t that aggravate them or cause them to spread? So my GP referred me to a breast surgeon who wanted to take them out. I refused this, because I don’t think surgery on something that only might be sinister is a smart move, so I am now off to have a contrast MRI at the end of May. My research on the contrast lead me to your video 4 months ago. Other research on breast cancer has alerted me to the fact that our medical system seems to search for something to be wrong with our breasts so they can take them out or off, when it seems to me there’s a good chance even if there was breast cancer it may never develop further and cause trouble. Also there’s the fact that if they are suspicious ductal carcinoma in suto, this means they are contained in their cell and therefore are not technically cancer. I also think from a glance at your videos you are carnivore or keto. I’m mainly ketovore so am very excited with finding you. I live in Australia and am 61. Thank you in advance if you reply to me.

Anita, thank you for your comment! You found me at a good time. I recently recorded my update video and I am in the process of editing it. I had a lot more to share in the video, but regarding my issue - there is nothing for me to worry about, and I will get checked out again in one year. It took me ages to find someone to get me scanned (ultrasound) and the results are totally normal, with just some areas of cysts that are the same as the last time I was checked. I am really happy about it. Thanks for sharing some of your story and experiences. It is so difficult to navigate these situations. I think it's good you're standing up for yourself and doing what you think is best for you, after getting consultations with these doctors. If you have the contrast MRI, at least you'll know for sure the status of your situation. It's interesting that your ultrasound showed a Birad 4 lump, while the 3d mammogram did not show anything. This seems very odd. I think some doctors/surgeons prefer to get rid of the issue altogether through surgery, even if it's not exactly necessary (that happened in my situation). Their approach is really aggressive. I did have one biopsy done in the past and I feel like it put me more at ease afterwards, knowing it was not cancerous. But, people should do what they're comfortable with. I really hope the MRI goes well and that the findings are benign. If you ever want to chat, I recently created a forum on my site here: lifeanddiy.com/forum/. Either way, I hope you stop back with an update and I hope it goes well!

Sleep disorders, hashimotos, and low cortisol levels all point to toxicity inside your body. I speak from experience. Low cortisol is due to low adrenal function from over stress or chronic inflammation... When I had this, I took Licorice from Wild Harvest and that works as cortisol, giving your adrenals a break. Have you ever had silver amalgams?

My profession is in IT. Electromagnetic fields, including radio frequency and electric fields, significantly affect sleep quality. These waves keep your body in a constant state of "fight or flight". The fight-or-flight response primarily affects the sympathetic nervous system. This system activates the body’s resources to prepare for a rapid, energetic response to perceived threats. In contrast, the parasympathetic nervous system is responsible for promoting rest, relaxation, and digestion, effectively calming the body down after a fight-or-flight response. To support natural melatonin production, and to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.... ALL artificial lights should be turned off after sunset, except for red lights that fall within the appropriate spectrum. Sunset naturally cues our pineal gland to start releasing melatonin, but exposure to blue light can immediately stop this process. If you are able to... turn of ALL electrical currents in your home. Electrical currents running through out your walls, that are not properly shielded (99% are not), can leech out 8ft from each wall, ceiling and floor. These currents keep your body in that "fight or flight" state. The same goes for turning off all access points (routers/wifi).

I keep wondering why I stay asleep longer when eating carbs. When I was carnivore, my sleep was horrific. I am hoping I can correct this as carnivore cleared up SOOOO many health issues in a short amount of time, and I would like to go back on it as soon as possible. I thought Dr. Berg said to never take a Tryptophan supplement. I can't remember the reason behind him saying that, though.

I love TCA peels but only if I used tret with them to speed up the process. I do feel like I need to space them and I have to be careful not to overstimulate my immune system so not when I’m sick or super down or have a spot of redness on my skin. However my holy grail are at home test peels which get rid of spots within 3-5 days. Like a whole spot the size of a pencil eraser peeled off. 3 weeks later I do another one and it’s over 95% gone. Typically this would take 3 or 4 TCA peels
