There are 500000 exercises you can do without having to use a stick and that also treats both sides so your muscles are balanced. Bad.

Sometimes it makes me laugh when some people say belly dancers are fat or not in shape when they have mastered every inner and outer core muscles in spite of any later of fat on their abdomen.
@kirbylover374 күн бұрын
You can still be fat. Some belly dancers are fat
@Rose_A3 күн бұрын
Being fat is irrelevant to strength
@akashafofo69392 күн бұрын
If you see them fat, they are fat no matter what they are or how well they master their belly. Fat is fat. Use eyes.

Do you provide 1-1 coaching/advice? I have had pinching in my left hip for 3 years and have felt like I have done almost everything. The pinching mostly occurs when I’m walking and is on the inside front part of my hip and I think it’s due to lack of internal rotation of left hip. It goes in waves of severity and pain but I feel like I need more specialized attention. Let me know, thanks!

I started working on hip internal rotation and it has basically changed my life. I’m about to try this out and see how it goes! 😁 Thank you Oh wow. This feels better than the other stretches lol. I had trouble figuring out where to put my weight, but I think putting it more on the front foot helped. Very good stretch 👍
