Здравствуйте! Приятно видеть вас здесь снова🥰 Мне так жаль😌Я никогда не использовала рубиновый шоколад для приготовления тортов. Я проверила информацию от Ruby Chocolate, содержание какао-масла составляет 32,5% и 47,3% соответственно, это сделает торт немного слаще. Если вы любите сладкие торты, вам не нужно уменьшать количество сахара. Если вы хотите, чтобы торт был менее сладким, можно уменьшить количество сахара на 5-10 г. Вы можете попробовать использовать такое же количество рубинового шоколада вместо темного, и такое же количество муки для торта вместо какао-порошка, с меньшим количеством молока на 12-15 г. Извините, я обычный человек, не профессиональный повар, я не могу дать вам лучший совет, я использую автоматический перевод, извините, если есть ошибки💐

抱歉抱歉~是240g乳酪 不好意思,因為最近家裡17歲的狗狗生病了,每晚一兩個小時就要起來照看它一次,這大半個月我都沒睡過一個完整的覺😞 頭暈暈眼花花寫錯了,謝謝您的提醒

Hello! Whipped cream is best whipped just before serving. It will start to melt after around 30-1 hour, sooner, on hot days😂

如果剛剛過期一下下,您看看有沒有變味或者霉點,最好用來製作需要烤製的蛋糕或甜點,如果已經過期一段時間,建議還是不要使用了唷🙂

您好,下層吉利丁在3:29時泡發,3:56時融化,4:01時加入,頂層吉利丁是在9:01時加入的 影片從1:44到4:49都在製作這個白色糊糊🙂

謝謝您的觀看以及訂閱😊 熱水一般加2cm高,不過具體也要看水浴盤的大小,氣炸鍋腔體小,溫度會偏高,最好降低一些溫度去烤唷

是不是還沒烤熟呀,好白是指表面沒上色嗎,出爐後有回縮塌陷嗎,如果回縮塌陷就是沒烤熟,下次需要延長烤製的時間唷🙂

不客氣~蛋白霜打發不足,或蛋白霜消泡,或蛋黃糊過度攪拌起筋(用低粉的話這種情況其實不容易出現)或模具小了,或未完全冷卻就脫模,大致就是以上會導致蛋糕縮腰🙂 希望很快能聽到您烘焙成功的消息😊
