I unsubbed after phase 1 due to real life stuff but am getting back into SoD. I'm leveling a new, fresh character. Should I be concerned about being behind as far as reputation and gear? Where should I go/focus on? Just rushing to 50? Trying to get all my runes? Questing or dungeon grinding? Will having little to no gear matter for incursion farming?

@@michaelkramm4284 with this close to p4 launching I’m assuming your lvl 25 with some gear from bfd. 1. Level your skinning. 2. Quest until lvl 26/27 then go to dusk wood for the incursions there until level 35 and skin all of the mobs possible. 3. Then sell all of the skins on the ah 4. If you have 50ish gold get yourself into an uldaman spam group (also skin alll of the mobs) and get to lvl 40. If not go to northern stv to quest until u do. 5. Buy your mount with the money from skinning 6. Go to ashenvale for 40-50 7. Then go around getting your BiS runes for your class/spec

@@michaelkramm4284 yea you just gotta take it easy then. If you can’t do the above then just try to get through duskwood incursions at least and maybe get to lvl 40 questing. Enjoy yourself so you don’t rush through all of it too fast.

why dont you prequest incursion quests? just get all of them and them all in, resets during first night so you dont block and new daily limits

On the PTR at least (so take it with a pinch of salt) the new Blackrock event that pops every 2 hours gives a buttload of Hydroxian Waterlords rep. So, you most likely don't need to farm that right now.

Missed the submarine entrance completely.As a result, Wylls father quest was incomplete and he was hostile/ zero dialog when Gortash gets confronted later on.Despite my best efforts , all the Gondians died except Toobin. Very dissapointing. It was so stupid I admit I was tempted to kill them all in total frustration at the Game. 😑

blue items dont have different upgrade costs, u get cheaper upgrades if u already had such item level on certain slots. Hence why if u put 346 blue on 346 green slot u assume its cheaper.

Some other farms that I didnt have time to mention: 1. In Eastern Plague Lands there is a log that you can farm Runecloth, lvl 52-55 greens and crafting recipes. You can solo farm this as a Hunter/Mage or get into a raid group. 2. Naga farm in Feralas, go into the cave and there is a ton of mining that you can do there. Mobs are lvl 43-45. You can solo farm this as a Hunter/Mage. 3. Winterspring/Aszhara Chimera farm. Soloable as a Hunter, otherwise get into a raid group. 4. Firewater farm. Soloable as a Hunter.

Hey, thank you for the hardwork putting the video together. I wanted to ask about your PvE rotation. It seems pretty mana intensive using rejuvenation as often as you do on the tank. In your video, you go oom while the boss isn't even at half health yet. Wouldn't it make more sense to keep 3 stacks of lifebloom rolling over on the tank? Also maybe its worth discussing using improved barksin on the tank at the start of fights so they take less damage and you get to conserve mana. I'm pretty new to this spec so im sure youve got better mana saving ideas, thanks again for the content

Barkskin is a lot of mana wnd most bosses in p3 don’t have a tank buster. Also you should have a lot of MP5 so keeping up 1 hit shouldn’t be an issue. the roll over from lifebloom isn’t really worth to keep up as you don’t get mana back if u don’t let it pop. Try to always keep your 2-3 stacked LB on the tank, an efflorescence and maybe throw in a rejuv if u think the tank needs it. Besides that try to just focus on raid healing.

I started raiding ST with a pretty casual guild, with world buffs up you are correct that mana isn't really an issue, but after ninja pulls and unfortunate wipes, I noticed that it's easy to go oom. I'll try and let LB pop more often for mana return, that's a nice tip. Also, I've noticed that I don't use regrowth at all, do you think it's fine if I remove it from my bars? (Since it's taking up a useful keybind)

@@RashadHashim 100% never use regrowth unless u are doing pvp. u can remove it from ur bar’s now. Not sure if it will be used for p4 but it shouldn’t be. Also make sure u have nighthfin soup, mp5 atalai flask and mana oil, And you should be golden

Unless they changed it, it should still work this way. If not then u will have to do the witch doctor, stairs boss and hydrometer. If hydro doesn’t work then u can do gazrilla.

Is it worth it to mix pvp sets as boomy too? Sure you lose a tiny bit of spellpower... but the stam?

I need to test it out with the new pvp reduction (if they are keeping that in) but a mix of pvp/pve is always good. Try to keep you spell power and stam up instead of just going stam
